This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is a flight of stairs inside the unit.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
• Parking hang tags will be available in the unit. If tags are misplaced or not returned guests will be charged a fee of $100.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway, (2) located at the back door on the second floor and actively monitoring the balcony and area below.
