Nuevo propietario y muebles mejorados en todo! Este condominio tiene una hermosa vista directa del océano desde el cuarto piso. Esta práctica unidad tiene una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, cama queen y dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y literas para cuatro niños en el tercer dormitorio más pequeño conocido como el "Nido del cuervo". Todos los colchones son nuevos a partir de 2019! La cocina está totalmente equipada para una estancia prolongada y está bellamente decorada. Internet es de alta velocidad y todos los televisores son de alta definición. El televisor del salón tiene cable, HBO, Netflix y hay televisión por cable en el dormitorio principal y en el dormitorio de invitados. Totalmente amueblado 3 Dormitorios 2 Baños disponibles todas las noches, semanales y mensuales. Esta unidad tiene una vista al mar de su propio balcón privado. Disfrute de la enorme piscina al aire libre frente al mar, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina para niños, piscina cubierta, sauna, canchas de tenis y club de salud.

Great location and rental, clean and with a great view of the ocean.. Management was terrific. There was only one kitchen towel, but we needed at least three. It would have been better if there were a few food savers like tupperware to keep left overs.

We have stayed at Coral Reef twice. This was a very nice up to date condo. There was plenty of space for all of us. Loved it and have booked this unit for next year already!!

Another Great Time and year at Colony Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 3403. The view was great and the unit was furnished nicely. All the beds had really comfy mattresses. Most of the time, it was only my husband and I, but when Hurricane Milton decided to visit, we chose to stay in the front bedroom not the master. So we tried most of the mattresses (not the buck beds). We were in the condo for 8 weeks. We hope to be back next year.

The Perfect Family Friendly Condo

The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation, i.e fully stocked kitchen, hair dryer in bathroom, comfortable beds and linens, large living room seating and TV and even games and beach equipment for our use. Our family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, and the easy access from the condo to the courtyard where our daughter could play on the playground and walk on the beach. The staff was friendly and very welcoming! We look forward to coming back to this condo next January.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. Our second time at Colony Reef. This condo is very nice and has the best views. You can see the pool and ocean from almost every room :) Our only suggestion would be to put something like a shower caddy or shelf in the master bathroom. There is nowhere at all to put your soap, shampoo etc. Didn't really like it on the shower floor. OTher than that the condo is very comfy and clean. It had everything we needed. The pool is always amazing, clean and fun. The management staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely rent this unit again :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really disappointed with our stay. The condo unit was beautiful just like in the pictures but we had problem after problem on our trip and it hardly felt like a vacation. Our first problem was the hundreds of dead fish that were washed up on the beach. You could smell them from the pool and it was just absolutely disgusting. I understand that the staff can not control Mother Nature but what annoyed us was that other units had staff cleaning them up instead of waiting on them to be burried in the sand. Our next problem was the pool. We are still unsure of what happened as nobody could give us a direct answer but in the middle of the day a young woman placed signs on the pool and hot tub saying they were closed due to failing inspection. However nobody was told to get out and the pool was not officially closed until several hours later and remained closed for almost 24 hours. The baby pool was also roped off in caution tape for more than 24 hours. Which again it was the lack communication that made us angry. We spoke with several condo owners who said they had never seen anything like this in 15-20 years but that didn’t make me feel any better. I love that the condo goes out of the way to protect the turtles however I saw two different Maintenance guys on golf carts almost run over two turtles and one of the guys cutting grass who was going 80 MPH almost hit a turtle and my 2 year old. The last thing was the elevator, it didn’t seem to work after 8:00. We were up on the 4th floor and had to take the stairs after going out for dinner which would have been fine but our daughter has a fractured patella and had to be carried up and she is 9 not a baby.

We had a great view of the courtyard, pool and the ocean beyond. Our only dealing with the management staff was to get the keys at check in. Would not hesitate to revisit and likely will.
