Family reunion

The property is just like it is advertised. The home is well-maintained and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Located in an area close to beaches, city parks, shopping centers, and restaurants. The owners are very responsive to questions about the area. Checking in and out was very easy. Especially love the welcome basket full of snacks after a long day of traveling. It was a very nice touch. I definitely plan on booking this house again.

Florida vacation rental

Exceptional clean property inside and out. Owner very responsive to communication/checking in-out of property with ease. Had a nice welcome basket filled with snacks upon our arrival. Nice touch ! ♥️ Home is exactly as its listed. Everything was in excellent condition throughout. We have rented numerous VRBO homes and this was the best stocked home we've ever rented. Owner has thought of everything one would need to make it feel like home. It is centrally located to be able to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Nicely landscaped to relax, grill out on the back patio or screened lanai. It is beautifully decorated throughout. I would highly recommend this property for your next Florida vacation.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Location worked well for us, nearby to family, stores, and the lovely area of Tarpon Springs. We enjoyed the backyards lovely gardens. Saw many butterflies with our morning coffee.

Great Stay

The house is Centrally located to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Cleanliness and comfort is 5 Star. Jim and Diane were easy to work with and knowledgeable on local restaurants and places to see. I would stay again when visiting the area.

Clean and Updated

We positively loved our week long stay at this property. Everything was clean and fresh, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and a great kitchen. The owners are local and really nice people. Easy 45 minute commute to Minute Maid park! Go Rays!

Everything you need

Wife and I had excellent experience. Updated, nicely furnished home with TVs, cable, wi-fi. Landscaped, fenced back yard a bonus, affords privacy. Owners friendly, accessible and responsive. When microwave developed a problem, owner installed new one in less than hour. Gulf Coast, parks short drive away. Highly recommend.

Simply, the best

We could not fault the property in any way, everything one required was there (including a kettle bought especially for us!!) to make your holiday base simply the best. Diane & Jim were perfect hosts/owners, they even provided a welcome pack which we were not expecting! The last question: "Would we book here again?" The last answer: A VERY BIG YES!!!!

Wished we could have stayed longer!

Since this was our first time experience of renting a home in FL for a month long, we have to say “ it was absolutely fantastic “! Our owners Diane & Jim we’re so helpful and accommodating in every way. By the end of our stay, we hated to leave, we felt like they were family. Their home was so well appointed with all the necessities and more! Our youngest grandson was visiting during our stay and he said he wanted us to be there again so he could visit us there again! Hopefully we can rent from such wonderful owners, the Devines next year! Thanks so much for a fabulously memorable month’s experience!

Clean, comfortable and cheery.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay in this very clean, comfortable, cute home. Jim and Diane have furnished and provided everything you would need down to the last detail. Prior to our visit I asked about a crockpot and when we arrived there was a brand new. They are very pleasant and readily available if you need anything. The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the patio and used the grill several times. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Adorable place...newly remodeled....and SPOTLESS!!

Jim and Diane have done an absolutely amazing job of remodeling this place!! Granite counters, tile floors with a "beachy" feel, great leather seating in the living room and super comfortable beds! This jewel stands out in the neighborhood, complete with immaculately landscaped front and back yards. We had our coffee in the lanai and grilled out in the back yard on the Weber propane grill. Our hosts thought of everything from paper plates to seasonings and a fully stocked kitchen. They even provided a generous welcome basket with coffee, snacks and a bottle of wine. If you plan to head to the beach, they have provided beach chairs and umbrellas for their guests' use, as well. Jim and Diane live across the street and were available if we had questions or needed recommendations. They even let us borrow a small cooler for the beach. We were beyond happy with our accommodations and would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Holiday, Florida area. Thank you, Jim and Diane!

Compassion during a family crisis

Unfortunately, this stay was due to a death in the family. Luckily for us they had a cancellation and they were able to take us for the weekend. I live on the east coast of Florida and my cousin is on the west side, so we drove three hours to get there. My cousin’s house was being remodeled and my aunt’s place was too small. Jim and Diane’s house was big enough for the entire family to gather together to laugh, cry and reminisce about good times. We were so comfortable in the house. It is newly remodeled and had everything we needed. All we had to bring was our clothes and food. I can’t say enough good things about it. Our family was so thankful and plans to stay there again in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great getaway!

We felt immediately at home at this property. This home was clean and beautifully decorated. Those beds were really comfy!!!! The owners were friendly and delivered all amenities as advertised. This was a great location- close to everything, but away from any noisy highways. Lots of restaurants to choose from in downtown Tarpon Springs. A great value for the money Looking forward to staying again next year.

Tastefully remodeled older home

Jim and Diane did a wonderful job on remodeling and updating their home. It was spotless, and comfortable. The Bluetooth for the shower was an unexpected treat. This house is close to Tarpon Springs. Fun place to learn about sponge industry and shop. Fred Howard Park is close and has a beautiful beach and activities. Lots of golf courses nearby. We played Timber Greens with friends who live in the area and loved the course. Jim and Diane were very prompt, professional and friendly with all responses.

Spectacular home - Would stay here again

This is a beautiful home. From the minute you arrive you see the professional landscaping, the pride of ownership shows. Once inside it immediately feels like home. It has been tastefully renovated from top to bottom and is Extremely Clean. All appliances were brand new. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had everything we could ever need for our vacation and more. We spent a lot of evenings in the backyard oasis enjoying BBQ's with our family. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The response time to any questions we had were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this home and we plan on returning.
