★ Laundry
In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use. Located discreetly within the home for easy mid-trip laundry or post-beach cleanup.

★ Parking
one-car garage is reserved for the owner. 2 spaces available on the driveway.

★ House Rules:
- 7-night minimum stay
- No pets, parties, or smoking
- AC must remain above 70°F and heat below 77°F
- Keep doors/windows closed with HVAC running
- Pool use is at your own risk—children must be supervised at all times.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
