Escape to your own private retreat just 6 blocks from the beach in this bright and cozy vacation rental. Tucked away on a quiet street yet just minutes from the sand, this thoughtfully designed rental offers peace and privacy, with the ocean just a short stroll away. Ideal for guests looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. This charming space blends comfort, convenience, and the serene ambiance of a beachside escape.
This cozy 1 bedroom condo offers a fully equipped kitchen that makes dining in easy and enjoyable. Whether you're brewing morning coffee or preparing fresh local seafood, the space is outfitted with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal. The bedroom is a peaceful haven, with a very comfortable queen-sized hybrid bed dressed in soft linens. The coastal inspired bathroom includes fresh towels, a full-sized bath tub with shower, and complimentary toiletries to help you settle in with ease. For your convenience this rental provides high speed WIFI, cable TV, Amazon Fire stick, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach cart/trolley to take with you to the beach! Step outside of your door to find a lovely, shared, tropical courtyard complete with tables and chairs, and a beautiful backyard with a shaded cabana and BBQ. Either of these spaces are perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a glass of wine at sunset, or relax with your favorite book! This rental also comes with complimentary parking, with your own assigned parking space, and access to additional guest parking in the event that you have company.
Note, there is no washer and dryer inside of the unit, however the complex offers a shared laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Also note that this is a smaller 1 bedroom, at 433 SF, but it is very well laid out and offers all of the conveniences of home!

This rental is located in a quiet beachside neighborhood in Cape Canaveral. It is a quick walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, and just down the road from the port, where you will find many open air tiki bar style restaurants, as well as fine dining options. The local beach is a perfect place to watch the sunrise, take a nice stroll, relax with your favorite book, collect shells, or watch a rocket launch! Just a few blocks away you will find the Beach Trolley that runs from Port Canaveral to Cocoa Beach. Take the beach trolly to Cocoa Beach where you will find quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, a farmers market, tiki bars, and plenty of nightlife. A few miles west and you find yourself in Historic Cocoa Village, where you will find many shops, antique stores, art galleries, a French bakery, plenty of restaurants, cafes, a theatre, and a vibrant nightlife scene! In about 15 minutes you can drive to the amazing Kennedy Space Center, and in less than an hour you can be at The Orlando Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and many other theme parks!

The rental is located in a hard to find, quaint "old Florida", style complex that is very peaceful and quiet. It is also conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access. It is just a quick stroll to the beach, yet it is just far enough away from the crowds to offer serenity, peace, and quiet.
