NEWLY REMODELED! 3bed/2Ba house with a private pool & yard - LESS THAN 1 BLOCK FROM BEACH, sleeps 10! Enjoy this super clean house with a stylish retro beach design, fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/blender etc and ready to enjoy friends and family with an open concept counter. New STARLINK system for wifi. The front feature a deck on the upper level fro catching sunsets. Downstairs garage is available for storage of your bikes or beach equipment, and has a full washer and dryer for our use. We have an outdoor shower for quick rinses after a day at the beach, as well as a charcoal grill, and covered sitting area outside to barbeque with friends and family. Private fenced yard. The convenience store is a 2 minute walk for anything you need. The beach is a 5-7 min walk from the house. Free parking in the private driveway that holds 2-4 cars/trucks.

Loved location of house easy walking distance to beach. Loved the cafe was just across the street. Is next to gas station was nervous about that but no issues. Would stay again loved pool area.

Was perfect location for our family and just a short walk to the beach - pool was nice to relax in and there is an outdoor shower to get all cleaned up before getting in the pool or going inside after a day at the beach - very nice - will stay again!!!
Great Day of Fishing the Bay with Captain Hector Lopez.
Lobo Del Mar was great for dinner, sunset, and breakfast!!

Check in was easy and communication was top notch. The house was beautiful and the location even better since it was a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and our children love coming back from the beach and then being able to swim some more while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. This is definitely going to be our annual summer vacation.

Incredible Getaway

Property had everything we needed and very close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The private pool was definitely a plus. Would highly recommend if you are staying on SPI. Property manager was amazing!

Great vacation home

Overall everything was great with the house. The property manager was available and responded quickly if we needed anything. It property is located behind a stripes which was so convenient. Definitely will be staying here again.

Absolutely Spectacular

This place is exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. It is an excellent place to enjoy the large backyard, beautiful heated pool and spa after a nice day at the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the ocean from the house!!! It's also a 2 minute walk to the bay for gorgeous sunsets. The home itself is very nice and provides all the accommodations one could think of! Everything is new and beautiful. Cannot wait to come back, highly recommend booking this beautiful home! Serena is a gem to partner with and extremely responsive. Grateful for my time here and will be back!!

Great time in South Padre

Came with a fun group of friends and we all had a blast. We did love the gas station being so close and how easy it made it. The beaches were a short walk and were beautiful! There was a lot of house siding by the pool which was unfortunate and not convenient. House or property manager was very easy to talk to and helpful. We enjoyed our stay to say the least!

Great house

House is nice. A/C struggles to keep it cool during the day. Temp got to 86 inside. Rooms were cool at night though. We had one trash bag and one roll of paper towels so we had to go grab more for the few days we were there. I've never been asked to strip sheets before I left or wash all of the dishes when I've paid to rent a house on vacation, so that was new. Including those things on the listing would've been great. I would've rented another property. The pool was awesome to have at the house for our son and his friend. Property mangement was great and comunicative. Overall trip was ok.

The house was clean and plenty of room for our family and friends. The only hiccups were a couple of kitchen utensil broke while trying to cook. You could tell they were old and cheap and the other hiccup was the living room tv could never pickup the wifi. After a few attempts to reach out to the manager we finally got a response but it was only suggestions to try things we had already tried. For some reason it finally worked on the last day.

Great vacation spot

Was so nice to get out of the routine of things and take a trip to south padre island. Serena was the best. Very quick to respond and so helpful. The house was clean,comfortable and had everything we needed. The short stroll down the street to the beach was great! Quiet street considering stripes is next door,which worked out great for us. Made the beach day prep easy for snacks,drinks & ice. Completely private pool was the icing on the cake! Will definitely be booking this home again for our upcoming SPI visits!

Family beach vaca

Location was great. Close to beach. Right next to a gas station which was convenient when you needed something quick but also was a pain because trucks would be there unloading early in the morning and that was very loud. The place was pretty clean but not completely. Some trash found outside on the property. Empty bottles found under beds. A broom would have been nice be able to clean up with. There was a vacuum but a cheap little dirt devil that wasn’t very good. The place was recently renovated and looks nice but it was not done professionally. Vrbo never send us the check in information but our host was always very quick to respond to us. Had trouble with the pool and hot tub. Seem liked we couldn’t get the hot tub hot and the pool cool it was either both was hot or cold so we just left it cold. Stayed for about a week and it wasn’t perfect but we would stay here again!
