Hello! My name is Jonathan and my wife (Anne Marie) and I live in Florida and we own and manage this unique and beautiful multi-unit vacation property in downtown Cocoa Village. We recently purchased the building in 2025, however we are not new to the vacation rental business. We love to travel, hike, go to the beach, fish, water sports, ski, etc... Most importantly, we like to spend time with our young children. When we vacation, we like to relax, and strive to make our property a place where we would also like to stay. It is a place where one can unwind comfortably in a spacious, clean, and safe environment with friends and family.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The location is amazing! It has unobstructed beautiful river views while also centrally located in Downtown Cocoa Village. There is so much to see and do in the area! The area has some of the best restaurants in Brevard County, an amazing park that has a playground and splash pad for kids, an amphitheater, a river walk, many boutique shops, bars, etc.

We chose to acquire this property due to its location, massive size (4 stories of living space per unit), and it being newer construction with modern features (tall ceilings, spacious living areas and bathrooms, elevators, many balconies, large garage parking area, etc.). It is the most unique and interesting property I have ever seen in Brevard County and took the developer several years to construct. It was previously the site of a hotel.
