Renovated 2 bed 1.5 bath 2 story Condo in Quiet Yet Convenient West OC

Welcome to our renovated two-story condo in West OC Maryland. There are 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the second floor. Each bedroom has a SMART TV. On the first floor you will find a 1/2 bath, kitchen with fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher. There is LVP flooring throughout the entire property. The condo also offers a full-size washer and dryer, grill, screened in porch, AC, and ceiling fans and a 65 inch SMART TV in the living room. Additional accommodations include free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. The complex has a gated community pool which is a short walk around the interior path.

The location is amazing, close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, go-karts, golfing, and a water park are within ½ mile of the condo and Assateague Island is only 7 miles away. Fisherman’s Marina is less than a 2-minute drive down the road. The Marina has a free, public boat launch, fishing expeditions, scuba diving charters, or just sit at one of the several restaurants around the marina and watch the boats come and go.

The condo has one assigned parking part, so you never have to worry about parking. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the island but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer.

Additional Information for Transparency
1. The home is in West OC, not on the “island”. This property is not walkable to the beach. The good news is that the bus depo is less than a ½ mile from the condo with ample parking. Hop on the bus and it will take you up and down the island, so you don’t have to find parking. Great for the beach or bars/restaurants.
2. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The beds are not made upon arrival. The clean sheets will be place on the bed along with the towels. We have found guest often bring their own linens and towels. Beach towels are available upon request.
3. Pets are not permitted for rentals. That said, we love our home and the area and so does our pup when not rented. We clean thoroughly and all the linens and towels are washed off-site. Bottom line, we can’t promise you won’t see a random/stray dog hair or a grain of sand.
4. There is a Ring Camera at the front entrance. There is also a Ring camera in the screened in porch which is deactivated when guests are staying. There are no cameras in the property.
5. This is a brand-new listing, however, we are not new to hosting! We had another unit several years ago, in this community, that we sold. So, we’ve been a little MIA, but are experienced with rentals and property management and are exiting to share our fabulous property with you.
6. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 guests (this includes children).
7. The minimum age to rent is 25.
