Glacier Vista - A Glamping Trailer near Glacier Park. Paradise in the forest.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Glacier Vista is a newly installed private, modern one bedroom 5th wheel trailer. The living area has a push out that provides a large living room and dining area. The trailer is located on a private acreage. Guests of the Vista can use the adjacent wash house that has a modern bathroom, laundry and full size fridge.

The trailer has all the amenities of home including kitchen, appliances and laundry. The trailer has a front patio deck facing West towards the Rockies.

The location is near the 10 miles from the St. Mary and Many Glacier Park entrances. The shared open meadow has a large shared fire pit area under the stars. Firewood is supplied.

Convenient location to attractions on the East side of Glacier National Park. The shower and laundry building next door make the stay in the camper more comfortable. Host staff are available and responsive for any needs.

We loved this glamping trailer in the woods! It is so close to the St Mary’s entrance, 8 miles up the road. The only thing we didn’t like about this is the other campers had dogs that were barking and pooped in the yard and you had to get out of your car and open three different gates to get to the campground. Jon was great to work with! We saw deer and horses!

The trailer we rented was excellent as described. Very clean and well equipped. The property was located in a remote area behind a lodge that appeared to be closed for the season. We were there in mid September when many businesses were closed in the east end of Glacier. The only inconvenience was that there were 4 large gates that had to be unlocked, open and locked up every time we needed to enter or leave the property. This was because of neighbors horses, not Jon’s fault at all. Jon our host was super responsive to all communications and very informative.

We all as a family had a great week vacation,the host and employees were so kind in so many ways and super friendly at all times!!! The property was simply amazing,we loved there very recommended!!!My oldest daughter just told me she will do the best she can on her new soccer team and if she does great if we can go back again in September for her birthday so I believe they really loved the stay there. Thank you so very much for everything

A perfect stay near East Glacier

Super clean, cozy and had everything you needed. It was a great 2 day stay for us. Importantly for us, it was located just a short drive away from Many Glacier! Jon was a superb host and was responsive with very clear instructions.

Everything was perfect. The camper had everything we needed. Beautiful location close to some of the best entrances to Glacier. Very helpful and responsive host and a hospitable grounds keeper on the property that helped us with all the necessities. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the park!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here and visiting Glacier National Park which is just right up the road. We also had a great time hanging out with the other visitors staying in the surrounding RVs and cabin. We ended up talking for hours each day. The property is well maintained and the host Jon is there anytime you need him.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Right by Glacier National Park’s Saint Mary and Many Glacier entrances, this property brings the perfect mix of location, comfort, and tranquility. Set in the mountains of Babb, we had a great time sitting by the fire and enjoying a sky full of stars after our days in Glacier National Park. An added bonus is the property’s close proximity to downtown Babb as well, which has everything you need. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. I would stay again any time and highly recommend this property to others who are traveling to the park.

We could not recommend this property for several reasons. It seemed way overpriced for what we got. It is accurately described as a camper. Camping it was, glamping it is not. The air conditioner was barely functioning, okay in the cool mornings but nonexistent in the afternoons, rendering it a dry sauna till evening. A bent screen allowed mosquitoes in. There’s no place to store clothing, so our suitcases were in the living room for the duration with the somewhat broken swivel chair. For 300/ night compared to what we got for the cabin on the west side of Glacier, we expected more. It is adequate for campers. John is a friendly host. The site is lovely and convenient to Many Glacier and Waterton.

Great little property - you feel like you are really camping in the wilderness. And you can't beat the close proximity to both St. Mary and Many Glacier areas of the park. Excellent communication with both the property host, Jon, and the camp host, Rick. They both helped out when we had a flat tire. Genuine hospitality! Jon also replaced our mattress after the first night with a better one. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're looking for a place close to Glacier.

Rick the host was awesome. He even built us a fire in the fire pit and visited a while. The only thing we had a small issue with was the hot water in the camper. It didn’t last long.

LOVED staying here!! Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Trailer was clean (no funky smells that I'm sensitive to and have experienced in other trailers). The location was perfect. It was close to St Mary's entrance and Many Glacier Hotel entrance. The short drives to each entrance were beautiful. The host Jon went out of his way to answer questions about the park, including tips on how to obtain parking at Many Glacier Hotel during construction. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although we didn't use it (I'm on vacation too LOL). There were some local, private owned eateries available within a 10-15 minute drive. The surrounding property was nice to walk around at dusk looking for wildlife. There are some nice views of the mountains on the property. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

The glamping trailer was a great place to stay for a 5 night visit to the east side of Glacier NP. SO CLOSE to both the St Mary entrance and the Many Glacier entrance. We were up to Logan Pass in an hour and to Lake McDonald in 30 minutes more. Two Medicine area is about 1 hour away. And the East side is so much less crowded! There are a few places nearby to eat and get food and gas. But we did a big shop before arriving in the area and cooked simple meals or had late picnics in the park.The unit is located is a very quiet area. The bed was comfortable and there was ample space for the 2 of us to relax and spread our stuff around. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was our first ever stay in an rv/trailer type accommodation. We were not surprised by the bilge toilet but it was a change from a flush toilet. The shower in the trailer seemed fine if we were ok with shorter showers. But we were happier to use the regular more unlimited hot water bathroom in the blue cabin just next to the trailer. The really big washer/dryer is also in the blue cabin. The blue cabin is shared with other guests, but we didn’t find this to be a problem at all.The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to a few requests.The East side of Glacier NP has a very different low key vibe from the busy Kalispell side. This unit fits the East side vibe perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for!

The entire staff was friendly, informative and extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond providing so many extras (not guaranteed or expected): bug spray, sunscreen and bear spray. We especially loved the campfires and great conversation. Our family has so many fond memories and can’t wait to return next year!

I am an outdoor enthusiast whom fell in love in both Glacier and Waterton National Parks when I was a child. I jumped at the chance to purchase this unique property when it came available from a grand child of Jack Wagner, a historic pioneer of this area.

The East side of the Rockies has extensive wilderness. I enjoy the ability to fish, hike, kayak within a few minute drive.

Amazing peace can be found here away from the hustle and bustle of Glacier Park.

The panoramic views of the Rockies and Babb/St Mary corridor has no equal to any other vacation home in the area.

The Glacier Ridge acreage is peaceful with beautiful view of the Eastern Rockies and incredible dark sky for sky gazing. The property is almost like staying inside a zoo. There is resident moose, bears, deer, fox, elk, in the forest in and around the acreage.
