Other Things to Note:
• This condo unit is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. This unit is located approximately 20 steps down from the parking lot, broken into 12 and 7 with a walkway between.
• This property is accessed by paved roads and does not require AWD. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property allows responsible bachelor and bachelorette parties.

• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
•This property allows up to 2 dogs, 40lbs or less. Cats are not allowed.
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
• No cats permitted, no exceptions.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The international airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo unit, boat slip, PWC slip, and all shared community amenities including pool, tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
