Nuestra casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila a solo dos cuadras de la playa o sentarse en una terraza grande y escuchar el surf. Dé un paseo por la ciudad o el paseo marítimo. Esta casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 1 1/2 baños, ducha exterior y parrilla. El nivel principal tiene dos habitaciones con camas tamaño queen, un baño completo con bañera, cocina comedor, sala de estar y una hermosa sala para tomar el sol con una cama tamaño queen. El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio grande con 4 camas individuales y medio baño con área de lavandería. Dos televisores y WiFi si aún necesitas estar conectado. La propiedad tiene un gran patio privado para disfrutar!

Great 1st Experience in Cape May

We had a wonderful time at this quaint beach home in Cape May! The only thing we wish we were prepped for was the need for beach passes that you’re required to have to access the beach at a daily or weekly expense. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise it was a perfect week. Highly recommend!

Walk to the beach!

Nice house in a pretty neighborhood. Great deck and a large yard. Be at the beach in a few minutes’ walk. Owners very nice and easy to communicate with.

A great place to stay with family!

A lovely home away from home on a quiet street. It was perfect for us. We were all very pleased with the accommodations and Constance's prompt responses to inquiries. I would recommend renting this home to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay.

Location, location, location!

Living two blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood made for a fabulous week at the shore! The kitchen is well stocked and the giant deck makes it easy to feed a family of 8. Great knives, plenty of utensils and cookware (could have used another dish towel though), and great communication with homeowner.

Great week at the beach!!

We loved 1312 New York Ave!! The street and location are wonderful , the back deck really added to the house. We ate dinner out there every night. Two short blocks to the beach, and the house was very comfy, and cozy. Kitchen is small but having the deck to eat, really helped. Communication with owner was excellent. She responded immediately if we needed anything. Possible front windows could use some cleaning, but overall a very nice week with the family. Would definitely consider coming again.

Great place!

We were so comfortable together in this house- 5 adults and four kids under eight including an infant. Lots of room and the large deck and huge backyard were both beautiful. The location is perfect! We didn’t use our cars all week. And the owners are sooo nice and attentive. All in all, this is a perfect vacation house.

Renter Beware

We booked this stay for two families with two toddlers each as part of our annual Cape May trip. Excited as we were to start the trip, it quickly dissipated during the week. Check in was fine, but we quickly noticed trails of ants in the upstairs master bedroom that stayed for the duration. They were on the floor, tables, and furniture (crawling on luggage, kids clothing, diapers, etc. ) despite being a bedroom with zero food or crumbs. The ant issue is listed in other reviews as well which I decided to ignore when booking. We resorted to buying ant traps at ACME while we were there. Additionally, one of our toddlers accidentally locked the master bedroom door which led to calling a locksmith because the owner did not possess a key to the room. Luckily, the child was not in the room while this happened. Though it was taken care of within a few hours, we feared it a safety issue for the entire trip. The kitchen was small but okay and the outdoor deck was very nice. The yard, deck, and proximity to the beach make this a nice option, however, take your business elsewhere or be subject to erroneous charges for damage. We were subject to substantial fees 2 weeks after checkout and still waiting to hear back/see proof of the alleged damage and itemized charges of each. We’ve never had a bad experience at other rentals so this was a first. Renter beware.

Cute house near the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was neat and organized. The kitchen was a bit small for our needs, with only seating for 4. We utilized the large, beautiful deck for all of our meals. The proximity to the beach was great, less than 2 blocks. It was easy to set up our things on the beach in the morning and then return after lunch to enjoy the rest of the afternoon. The property manager promptly addressed our needs when issues arose.

Family Beach Vacation

This was a great place to stay with the family. Had separate rooms for each family and a nice backyard for the family to hang out. Great communication from the host and a wonderful location.

Cape May Vacation June 2023

The home was on a quiet street with only a short 2 block walk to the beach. We loved the private back yard with huge deck and new gas grill. It was perfect for 5 adults. The hosts were readily available during the week to answer any questions we had. We would go again.

Close, Clean, & Quiet

We were so pleased to walk into and experience a truly clean beach rental. Absolutely nothing skeeved any of us out. The only thing that bothered me was some onion skins in the refrigerator vegetable drawer, which indicated to me that that area of the fridge was probably not cleaned, but everything else in the fridge and the house was so pleasantly clean and well-kept. After a couple of bad experiences with beach rentals, I'm always apprehensive about what I might find, but this house was literally a breath of fresh air. The kitchen is very small, for sure, but the rest of the house has plenty of room, sleeping and otherwise. The deck is very large, with plenty of outdoor seating and two large umbrellas. The proximity to the beach was very convenient and literally a short, easy walk, even lugging beach bags and chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Charming house; pleasant stay for family of 4

We enjoyed our stay at the property - it definitely had a lot of old school charm and is nicely decorated - the upstairs bedrooms are especially large and pleasant. The location two blocks from the beach is amazing, and there is a huge private deck in the backyard for those who enjoy outdoor space. The Owners were very responsive and the house was well equipped - always nice to have a kitchen that you can actually cook in! And a very nice touch to provide more than the minimal amounts of household goods (toilet paper, tissues, sponges, dish soap, etc.) so that we didn't need to restock. As a family of four, the setup was perfect but it might be hard for a larger group (there are enough beds for 8-10 people!) since there's only one full bath, no dishwasher and the kitchen table only seats four comfortably - all other dining areas are outdoors. It's down to the way older homes are set up but it means that compared to other rentals this one is a bit pricey for what's available. That's honestly the only reason for the four stars rather than five - what was provided was very nice and we had no complaints.

Great spot for family

This was a great spot for a family getaway. A quiet neighborhood with a big yard and deck. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the village. Also only 15 minutes from Wildwood boardwalk attractions as well. Would stay again.

Great House

Great location. Easy to get in and out from the parkway without having to drive through the whole town. Wide street with full straight view so the kids could ride bikes without any concern. Short walk to the beach and access is direct once you get there. Beach is less crowded than at the other end by Congress Hall. Bedrooms were good; 3 kids had no problem in the room with twin beds. Plenty of space with two living rooms and large deck. Two showers as long as you don’t mind using the outdoor. One drawback is the kitchen if you want to cook. Very limited space to work and no storage space for food outside the refrigerator. It was hard to have more than one adult in there at a time doing anything because it’s cramped. Not really any solution for that given the house’s blueprint. Other than that it is a hike to town center for shopping and eating if you’re going on foot but that’s a given if you’re looking at the map. We had a single issue during our stay and the response was immediate so communication was prompt. Overall a great place to stay unless you’re looking for a cooking kitchen.

Fun family weekend

This house is well located only a few blocks from the beach, and about a 20 minute walk to the Washington Street Mall. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the large backyard space and back patio. While having one shower for a whole family required some coordination, it worked well. We would stay here again.

Our family has enjoyed exploring and getting to know Cape May for decades, and we genuinely love the area and all it has to offer. Swimming, taking long walks on the beautiful beaches, and enjoying the sunset at Sunset Beach or over the bay are favorite relaxing pastimes. We also enjoy boating, and fishing. Cooking is one of our hobbies, and shopping at the fabulous area farmstands and seafood markets makes for wonderful meals cooked and shared at home. We also love dining out in Cape May's many exceptional restaurants.

The location of this home, just two blocks from the ocean is fantastic. It is also on a very quiet street with ample free parking which removes the hassle of finding a parking space. The peaceful street combined with the especially large, beautiful backyard and deck makes for a truly relaxing setting.
