If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.
Please Note:
*Pack N Play, strollers, high chairs and walkers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
*Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
*Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
*Anything other than a regular vehicle is prohibited by the HOA.
*For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit upon booking. If you extend your stay so that it is now over 29 nights, we will collect the security deposit after your extension is approved and paid for.
House Rules:
*Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
*Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
*No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
*There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
*Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed. There is a $50 charge if pet waste is not picked up in the yard.
