309 Breakers es una unidad de front end de océano. Disfruta de privacidad extra y luz solar adicional con una ventana en lugar de un vecino. El condominio fue recientemente renovado, incluyendo nuevas encimeras, lavabos (cocina y baño) y la mayoría de los electrodomésticos. También tiene una nueva capa de pintura. El dormitorio contiene una cama de matrimonio, el pasillo tiene dos literas robustas con una barandilla, y el salón tiene un nuevo sofá-cama. Es perfecto para familias o una escapada romántica. Quiet and accessible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a really good time staying at this unit. The unit was well stocked and and quiet. We have a great view and we were close to many places within walking distance. There are some items that need to be replaced that are rusting, so a good refreshing is necessary.

Great view, noisy

The unit was as described and comfortable for our family. View was excellent but the public beach access next door had loud bumping music each night until midnight. Bikes were a good bonus, and the location made biking to meals, ships. Wey easy.

Nice place for a quick trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 year old. The bedroom area is small and hard to fit a travel crib comfortably but we made it work. The door that separates the bed, bunks and bathroom is very thin so we didn't have as much flexibility to move around once our daughter went to bed. The noise coming from the Tiki Bar next door was so loud we could not sleep until the place closed at 11PM. It was so loud that we could make out every song and the bass was felt in the room. The elevator was not working but we weren't made aware of that until we arrived and the security guard told us. It was a pain to take our luggage up 4 flights of steps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not clean upon arrival so we cleaned it ourselves. It was aparent that it had not been cleaned throughly in quite some time. The instructions say to call if cleaning is needed, but when on vacation who has time for that? There was other "hokey" items such as a power outlet half hanging out of the wall, and a bath mirror taped to a door. The unit is in desperate need of a remodel (not a paint over the shower solution, but down to the studs remodel). The balcony had 2 layers of carpet (one that started to blow off on our stay), and felt like it had soft spots in the wood. The pool was good, and access to the beach with gates was nice. The breakers location overall was good, with some dated observances including the walking deck had some rotted wood that broke through.

Wonderful family vacation

View from the balcony is gorgeous. There was some bad wind on our trip and we could easily see the beach warning flags from the balcony which was nice. Bedroom was the perfect size - we were able to set up our daughter's pack n play easily every night. Looking forward to rebooking!

Great Experience!

Location was great on 3rd floor and away from the pool area. Short walk to beach, nice beach chairs provided. Bikes were a big plus! paths all over the Island made it fun. Across the street was a small shopping center for groceries, and a few restaurants plus 'tourist' shopping. Convenience, clean and was nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo! Great time!

These units are perfect for 2-3 people. Ours came fully equipped. The new elevators are a welcome addition to the building. The security guard, Josh is friendly and takes great pride in his work. The association continuously makes improvements to the property.

Beach front property centrally located

The two bikes included enabled us to explore local attractions using a huge network of bicycle paths. Daily walks on the beach featured dolphins and pelicans fishing the ocean.If you like a firm mattress beware that the bed was soft and uncomfortable. The elevator was out of service for several days. Walking to and from the third floor was a chore especially at check out.

Needs a DEEP CLEANING in 309

Location is great along with the ocean front view! Thankful for the new elevators to get to the third floor. The cons: Started with seeing dirty mop when we opened the door…then the black grout that was supposed to be beige, the baseboards filthy, furniture dirty, cabinet handles/fronts dirty! I took my own Clorox wipes and everything I cleaned was grossly filthy ! Some of the electrical reciprocals didn’t even work. Knobs missing on dresser drawers. No communication when I sent 2 messages on Hospitality App. Have numerous pictures to confirm all filth. The grounds have sadly been neglected too, mud/dirt on walkways, weeds overgrown and cement walkway falling apart. This could be an awesome condo unit, but needs some major updating and THOROUGHLY CLEANED!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I just got back on 9/25/21 from our stay. I waited a few days to think about our stay to give an honest review. We have stayed at the Breakers many times on different floors and different ocean views. So here is our review: The best reason to stay at the Breakers is the LOCATION. Everything you need is across the street from food to bars to shopping, and of course the oceanfront location with pools. This unit without doubt had the best view of all the units we have stayed in. This unit also has the best TV's (1 large screen in each room) we have had. That is the good. Now for the BAD. When you first walk in you see a 6 unit chester drawer that is missing knobs (they are in the top drawer but never replaced). Then you go to the bathroom and the toilet seat leans to one sides and the toilet paper rack is so close it actually touches the toilet seat. The shower rack is rusted and needs replaced and the vanity mirror has spots all over it that do not rub off. The living area is nice but the wall mirrors are also spotted. There is no carpet as the pictures show. The balcony is the selling point of this unit but the pictures are not realistic. The furniture shown is not there (2 older older zero gravity chairs now) and when you walk out the first step has been replaced and covered over with a make shift piece of carpet. We are giving this unit an overall 3 because with a little investment by the owner and with the up coming elevator this can be a 4 to 5 star unit.

Oceanfront Aging Unit - No Cover Over Balcony and No Elevator

Reviewer Comments: Loved the oceanfront view from inside, but missed having an elevator. The unit is cute, but aging, and needs a thorough cleaning, including furniture, a/c vents and bathtub. The balcony is not covered so it was too hot to sit out there. Balcony carpeting has a giant tear in front of the door and needs to be replaced.

Ideal location and everything we needed

We had a great vacation at The Breakers unit 309. It was a perfect location, end unit, right on the beach and on the third floor (we don’t mind the stairs). We could hear live music in the evening from the club next door, not too loud, just enough to put you in the vacation mood. The view was amazing, we could look out over the dunes and beach. We often saw a 6 point buck who lived in the dune vegetation, we called him our ‘deer friend’. We also watched pelicans and dolphins right from our balcony. The unit wasn’t the cleanest, but I attribute that to the shortage of employees these days. I loved that it had a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The bunks were not as wide as a standard twin but my teenage daughters had no complaints. We used the microwave, toaster oven, cook top and coffee pot. There is no oven and the kitchen sink is a bar sink, small and deep, so there was a learning curve to try to figure out how to rinse off a plate without getting soaked. The queen bed was very comfortable, but there’s no door between the master and the bunks, so there’s a bit of a privacy issue. The Breakers is located right across from the Coligny Beach shops with tons of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and a Piggly Wiggly. Super convenient! We also loved the two bikes that came with the unit. My husband and I biked 25 miles our first day. The island has bike trail maps posted all over the place. It was much easier to bring 3 bikes from home than to try to attach 5 bikes to the car. We took day trips to Savannah and Charleston and went on a two hour kayak salt marsh tour during our stay. We loved every minute of our week at The Breakers Unit 309! One word of caution, there are stinging nettles jellyfish in Hilton Head when the water is warm, late July and August. Three out of the five of us were stung this week. Not as bad as a bee sting, but the burn lasts for a while and welts up. We saw many swimmers who were stung, especially later in the week.
