The second bedroom offers a king bed, closet, and Smart TV. The third bedroom also features a king bed, closet, and Smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a single vanity and tub shower combination.



Lower Level Bedrooms and Bathroom

The lower level provides additional sleeping space and room to spread out. Two bedrooms each feature two queen beds, offering flexible accommodations for families and larger groups. A third bedroom includes a queen bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a single vanity and tub shower combination.



All bedrooms feature hospitality grade mattresses, luxury linens, and thoughtful design touches to ensure restful nights.



Bathrooms are stocked with allergy free, eco friendly toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Hairdryers are provided for guest use.



Kitchen and Living Spaces

The open concept kitchen is the heart of the home, finished with subway tile backsplash, custom cabinetry, and expansive counter space. Modern appliances include a gas stove, whisper quiet dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and oven. A large kitchen island makes it easy to cook, gather, and host shared meals.

The custom coffee bar includes a drip coffee maker and Keurig, along with a starter supply of Door County Coffee K Cups and individual coffee packets.

The fire pit area is a favorite gathering spot, complete with Adirondack chairs and roasting sticks for evenings under the stars.



Gatherings at the Property

Please note that parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted at the property. This includes picnics, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, and any event exceeding the home’s maximum occupancy, as it's prohibited by local short-term rental ordinances.



Safety and Property Notes

Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, fire pit, and yard for safety purposes only.



Check In and Booking Information

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home. Entry is via a smart lock with a unique access code generated for each stay, allowing for easy self check in. There is no long checkout list. Simply pack up and head out when your stay concludes.



After booking, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID to confirm age requirements. Accidental damage protection is included in place of a traditional security deposit. All payments remain on Airbnb.
