It was a very clean place. And a quite area. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time we were there but enjoyed the screened in area so we enjoyed sitting there looking at the lake. We will be back.

When we arrived at the condo and checked in, first thing we noticed was how décor matched all through the condo (beautiful)! Secondly all three tv's were playing the same spa music! All together, it made the place so very inviting. We really loved the place. Oh, and the view was off the chart! Overall this place was very very nice. I will be looking forward to renting again next year!

My sister thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfectly decorated, had all the amenities needed, and the screened-in balcony was our favorite part. It was very clean, beds were super comfy & the host provided information for favorite restaurants, and shows. Hated to leave!!:) Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, the location was great. The amenities were very nice. With two couples, two beds would have been nice. The second bedroom had two single beds. Yes, they can be shoved together but if you didn’t know ahead of time you have to buy sheets.

The cabin was gorgeous! The house was spotless had lots of space, came with games, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The cabin host were really friendly and answered all my questions or needs with no issues and at a promptly time manner. Highly recommended this cabin! We will be staying here again!

This is a first floor unit and we could barely hear the guests in the unit above us which was a big plus for us. We loved the screened in balcony looking out onto the river. We sat out there every morning and evening. Could see fishermen on the shore, families exploring with their children and fishing boats go by. We walked the nearby trail along the river. Very serene here. The beds and living room furniture were very comfy. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathtub/shower in the main bath is pretty deep so have to be careful getting in/out without a grab bar. The unit is as very clean except for one minor thing, the floor. When walking around barefoot you tend to have dirty feet on the bottom afterwards. We would DEFINITELY come back here again.

We had a marvelous time! This condo is decorated so beautifully, and the close proximity to Lake Taneycomo was just right for us to relax. (Neither my sister nor I fish, but it was nice to watch the anglers as they came and went in their waders.) We could see and hear the Canadian gang (Canada geese couples) as they swam along. My sister washed her clothes the night before we checked out so she wouldn't have laundry to do when she got home.We especially appreciated the flow of communication from Grand Welcome. This way we didn't have any doubts about the status of our stay. Also, their responses to our messages were always prompt. We would love to stay with them again!

Great stay and excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. It was clean and the host had provided everything you could ask for in essential needs. King size bed was very comfortable but the two twin beds were extra firm and somewhat uncomfortable. However, if you like a firm bed they were fine.Location was perfect and very quiet. Close to everything in town but still far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
