Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our host responded very quickly with any questions I had. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary trip!

We have stayed at many different properties at Ocean Reef and this one was the best. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to reach when we needed her for a minor TV issue. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!

Beautiful view, owner is very nice and she responds quickly. Condo has boogie boards, beach toys, and nice washer & dryer. Love that there’s an ice-maker in freezer. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Reserved parking spot is amazing. It’s right by the entrance. Overall, it’s great and we would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

Host was excellent and their condo was very comfortable and clean. Newer appliances and soft furniture was a great addition to the space with a fantastic view. The property was in fair condition. Jacuzzi wasn't working the one time when went down and tried it. Looked like someone had tried to fix it with duct tape. We didn't mind that much though because we were either at the beach or doing activities. One note is that if your in a larger truck (we were in our F350 dually), the security guard won't allowed to park in the designated parking spot. We had to park across the street in the overflow parking area. Not a big deal to us, but something to be aware of if you're traveling in a larger vehicle. Overall, we had an amazing time in PCB and the condo perfectly fit all our needs.

Condo was as described and Val was immeasurably helpful with all details. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops which was a great asset!

I would not stay in this unit

Unit was dirty, coffee pot dirty and left on, master toilet broken, master king bed like sleeping on concrete, light bulbs burned out, bedding was dirty, refrigerator was so loud you have to leave the condo to get a break, condo minimally furnished and the furniture was old and broken. I’ve stayed at Ocean Reef for years, all the other condos I’ve stayed in were fabulous, don’t stay in room 705.

Great time at the beach!

The condo was spacious and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed every meal at the table on the balcony and enjoyed the lounge chairs. We missed some of the special touches like rugs by the front and balcony doors. The only clocks in the condo were on the microwave and stove. Missed having an alarm clock in the bedroom(not for the alarm, just for the time). The kitchen was missing some items that we typically have such as large pot for boiling our own seafood, utensils for cracking crab, muffin pan. The condo was surface clean however it needs a good deep clean such as dust around vents, edges, and the baseboards. We were also disappointed that the condo property did not have carts for carrying luggage in and groceries inside. We were told by others in the building that individual condos had carts that could be used, but this unit did not provide that. It was difficult to get all of our stuff carried in and the wait for the elevator was long. The provided beach chairs on the beach was AWESOME! Overall, we had a great week! We thank you for allowing our family to share your space.

Nice condo - great location

Have stayed at the Ocean Reef several times. This is a nice unit, with a great reserved parking spot. Val was a wonderful hostess, responding quickly to all my questions. My only complaint, which is no reflection on Val, is the elevator situation. Wait times were sometimes long, and only 2 of the 3 were in working order during our entire stay.

Enjoyed the week!

We enjoyed our stay, nice room Loved the beach chairs except they couldn’t keep it straight all week 3 different days we had trouble with them assigned our chairs to someone else, the first guy told us we would have same ones all week it was a mess! Room as described! Would stay here again!

Family vacation

Condo was spacious and had plenty of room for 6. Parking for this condo is great( as soon as you pull in) where some spots are tight. Condo could use some new cookware but overall great condo.

Great relaxing time

Val was very responsive as a host; everything was perfect! The terrace overlooking the beach was a gift from heaven. It was very peaceful, we had covered parking, perfect weather, short steps to the beach and pool. We loved it and will definitely be staying there again.

Very nice but needs a little tlc

Me and my family of 6 stayed here for a week for spring break. The location is great, the condo itself is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures on here are not updated to show the enhancements which i personally loved. The manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. However, there were a few areas that needed some extra love mainly from the cleaning crew. Of course we pre cleaned before unpacking but for the price and fees the cleaning crew need to do better. Pros: condo appearance, location, amenities, beach chair service included, beach toys, large sized private balcony over looking the ocean, condo right at the elevator and they have a trolly to carry luggage and groceries (thank you) Cons: horrible cellular service, tv in livingroom will not connect to internet and has about 3 channels, behind toliet appears to be water damage, toliet in masters runs non stop and of course the cleaning crew need to actually clean the unit ie sweep, mop, clean the sand from in between the sofa and dust All in all this pace is still on my list to try again next time..thank you for hosting us.

Spacious condo with beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Loved that beach service was included and that the building had 24 hour security. The owner was nice and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and PCB!

Great place for a family getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean, was super convenient for going out to the beach, and was located in a quiet part of PCB. The owner is very responsive. The internet went out on our second day, and a router replacement was scheduled immediately. By the way, the description says to bring your own Roku, Fire Stick, etc for watching TV. While you can do that if you prefer, all TVs already have Comcast cable, so it’s not necessary. I highly recommend this location.

We loved ocean reef! The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The only complaint I would have is we received a note on our door that said we had violated a rule by hanging a couple of our beach towels out to dry. That was a little odd, but we learned not to do that. Also they really don’t stress this, but u must wear your wrist bands all times and if you lose them they are $20/fee each. That is ridiculous. Other than some miscommunicated rules, we thought the condo was very nice.

Loved the beach, not the condo unit

If you enjoy a clean space when traveling this is not it. Upon entering the unit our family wiped down the stove and appliances due to prior cooking messes. Then unpacking became interesting, the dresser had broken drawers. So it fell apart in our hands when opening. The unit has light colored tile in common areas but is terribly dirty. Our feet were instantly filthy within 30 minutes of arrival. Tile needs constant attention and scrubbing. The unit needs to be repainted. I assume customers are in and out week by week which equals traffic. The baseboards are damaged and dirty. Walls have marks. Not something you want to see while on an expensive vacation. The balcony is the best feature of the unit. Not this unit. Again, it needs cleaning, painting and furniture that matches. (pics are not accurate) It has potential to be amazing. Area is prime, security is knowledgeable and enforces protocol. The owner was responsive to my concerns but only had generic answers. No solutions. Customers pay as expected, the unit should be everything we pay for. This unit is not. 06/10/2018
