We booked this unit for a last minute trip and feel like we got the jackpot! The first floor offered beautiful ocean views, easy beach and pool access and made parking a breeze. The condo was very clean and is exactly as pictured. We will be back!

It’s all about the ground floor location!!! Walk out your patio door onto lush green grass, 10 steps and you are at one of the three pools & hot tub or beach access! This is our third time at this rental and we are always pleased with the cleanliness of the unit.

We had a fantastic time celebrating the 4th of July! This condo was absolutely perfect. Being on the ground floor made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Not having to wait for elevators was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You stay here for the location and easy access to the pools and beach through the gate on the patio. We have stayed here twice and it’s been great for my family. It isn’t a huge space and TVs and beds need updating but the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot. I would recommend this unit.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend SeaChase.We traveled with a HUGE group from the New Orleans area, 40 families/rooms, and there were multiple issues throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like our group was watched under a microscope and picked at over every little thing. One family even had their room cancelled approximately 20 minutes before arrival. Ironically, that family organizes this trip every year and is the reason so many of us stay here.There was also significant construction, noise, and disruptions. We later learned other guests were offered 30% back on their base rent for days affected by construction. I reached out simply asking for the same 30% others were offered for the same disruptions.Instead, I received:“Had you read over the information that was sent to you…”YIKES. Whether this was the owner/property manager or VRBO customer service, I’m not sure, but the response was incredibly condescending and unnecessary. There are plenty of professional ways to respond to a paying guest without speaking down to them.I understand construction happens and owners cannot control everything. What CAN be controlled is how guests are treated.Between the construction, issues throughout our 40 families, last-minute cancellation, constant nitpicking, and condescending customer service, I cannot recommend SeaChase.Neither SeaChase nor VRBO will ever get my recommendation.

Girls Trip

Awesome ground floor condo! We throughly enjoyed our stay!A couple of little things to be addressed:Kerig coffee maker needs to be replaced ( you have to hold the handle down the entire time the coffee is dripping or it stops).The shower liner needs to be replaced in the front bathroom (old liner is brown and mildewed).Also, a small lamp would be great to have in the twin bed room.
