Located in suburban Springdale, enjoy what this lovely tiny home has to offer. With a comfortable king bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like a hairdryer and AC, guests will feel right at home. Make your visit one for the books with a stay at our place.

ABOUT THIS SPACE
This new construction tiny house was specifically designed with guests in mind. Including a king size bed and above average size stand up shower, there are many comforts to be had in this intimate space. Decorated with an urban modern vibe, you're sure to feel like you've found a trendy paradise, tucked into a conveniently placed suburban neighborhood.

THE SPACE
This gem is the perfect modern tiny home! Beautifully designed, spotless amenities, thoughtful touches at every turn...these and more create a relaxing environment. With the private patio, you will enjoy your own secluded paradise, in a perfectly located suburban area of Northwest Arkansas.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to a private parking spot and sidewalk, leading to a gated outdoor seating area complete with a cozy fire pit. This reservation also includes the entire inside of the tiny house...kitchen, bathroom, sleeping space and seating area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We are perfectly situated in the heart of NWA. Never again will you have to choose between Bentonville or Fayetteville attractions. Staying @sub_urbanParadise you will always have quick and easy access to any place in Northwest Arkansas.

NEIGHBORHOOD HIGHLIGHTS
Just minutes from the interstate, this mature neighborhood is secluded and safe. You will find we are located in just the right spot, centrally located between eateries, coffees shops, major events, grocery stores, boutiques, famous attractions and more. Always feel free to ask for host recommendations.

GETTING AROUND
For guests with cars and trucks, our space includes a personal gravel driveway that can hold two vehicles, one behind the other. For guests with motorcycles, we offer the use of our asphalt driveway and covered parking under our carport, for up to two motorcycles. For guests with bicycles, we offer a space for storing them in your private walkway space leading to the tiny house, that can be closed behind a privacy gate. For guests with no vehicle, Uber and Lyft services are readily available and have no trouble finding the location.

The space was perfect! Private, clean, and easily accessible, the space felt really warm and inviting. Its great if you're planning to move around the whole of NW Arkansas in its kinda right between it all. For my extended weekend, the space work perfectly. Kari is kind, communicative, and takes a wholesome pride in the space she has created and invites people into! Great stay!

Welcome to our tiny house! My name is Kari and I'm not your typical Christian wife and homeschooling mom of three ingenious little boys. I thrive on out-of-box-ideas and have a passion for hosting! Over the past three and a half years, I've fallen in love with hosting, through a program allowing international college students to study the English language, whilst being immersed in an American home. I have now been a Super Host on Airbnb for 6 years, and I’m excited to bring my passion over to VRBO as well.

To me, hosting this space means having an opportunity to offer a place of peace and rest...a chance to reflect on where you've been, and plan where you're going. It's the gift of offering an affordable, personalized, unique space to call home for a night, or even two. I have always loved to stay in a home setting when I travel, and now I'm blessed to join the ranks of those hosting others on their journey. We can't wait to welcome you!
