The space
This home consists of 2 units - the main home and an occupied MIL suite in the basement that is private from the main home, except for a shared laundry space.

Jungle Lounge (Living Room)
Swing into comfort with leafy vibes, a huge sectional, and an oversized armchair. Stocked with games, books, crafts, puzzles, throw blankets, and a smart TV. It’s cozy, lush, and ready for downtime.

Sunset Disco (Dining Room)
Get groovy while you dine! This vibrant space doubles as a conversation hub or a full dinner party zone. The extendable table fits up to 10 guests, with benches and stools for everyone in your crew. Catch the right light and watch the disco balls fill the space with sparkle.

Desert Kitchen
Sleek, simple, and stocked. Whip up meals with provided essentials like oil, spices, pans, utensils, and a smoothie blender. Bar seating adds a casual dining spot for snacks or lunch.

Mountain Tundra Sunroom
This light-filled space includes a coffee bar with complimentary coffee and teas, a small work desk, and a twin daybed for extra sleep space, cozy lounging, or afternoon naps. A serene spot with alpine-inspired energy.

Outdoor Perks
Step out from the sunroom to a private deck with bar seating - perfect for your morning brew or evening wind-down. The backyard is equipped with a grill and a shady space to enjoy Denver’s sunny days.

Main Floor Bathroom
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower located at the top of the stairs, serves as main bathroom for the garden-level bedrooms.

*Each bedroom comes with both firm and soft pillow options, a noise machine, and light-blocking window treatments to ensure a restful night.*

Master Bedroom 1: Barren Desert
Main floor with king bed, wardrobe, and private en-suite bathroom with steam room/shower. Minimalist and calm, like sleeping under desert stars.

Master Bedroom 2: Celestial Realm
Upstairs oasis with a queen bed, spacious closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub. Dreamy, cosmic, and made for stargazers.

Bedroom 3: Happiness Room
On the garden level with two twin beds, storage drawers, and full-size window. Bright, playful, and full of good vibes.

Bedroom 4: Music Room
Also garden level with a queen bed and cozy bench. Chill, rhythmic, and a little bit funky.

Shared Laundry
Located in the basement and shared with our occupied downstairs unit (separate entrance). The laundry room is basic/unfinished and is equipped with a secure door.
