The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, and all rooms have a personal TV. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and features a grand island. With an open concept, the kitchen overlooks the living room. Here, you will find a sectional able to seat the whole family with an indoor electric fireplace for ambiance and heating capabilities.

Moving to the backyard, this is a southern exposed home, meaning the sun will set and rise in your backyard. From tanning to romantic sunsets, you will never want to leave this part of paradise.

Jump into our heated pool or indulge in a relaxing hot tub that overlooks the Hastings Canal. This direct access canal takes you to the Caloosahatchee River within minutes. From here the destinations are endless, from beaches to sandbars, restaurants or tiki huts, or even just dropping an anchor to float in the Gulf of America.

No boat? No problem! We have a list of rental companies we work closely with to get you out on the water! Unfortunately, the boat in the pictures is not available for rent. There is a propane grill on site as well. Or just sit back and relax on our luxurious lanai and around our cozy outdoor fire pit.

Bring the whole family! Our home is perfectly equipped for little ones. A safety gate can be put up around the pool if needed. There is also a pack and play, highchair, bouncy, stroller and jumper for babies!
