Location, location, location! It is so important when choosing a property! This one checks all the boxes. You can easily access downtown while not feeling like you are staying downtown. You have quick access to Mount Rushmore Road which takes you to ALL the major attractions. Plus, I90 is just a few minutes away to hop over to the Badlands National Park to the east or Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood and the beautiful northern Hills to the northeast. Truly ideal for all our guests, no matter what part of the Hills you are visiting.

Easy to get to downtown. Plenty of restaurants near by. Easy access to the highway to get to all of the parks. Well equipped house and host was wonderful.

The property was so nice and clean. It was in a great neighborhood and location. We loved watching the turkeys everyday and some really jackrabbits. I would absolutely refer this place to all my friends.

Excellent excellent location ESPECIALLY for the Sturgis Rally. Private deck with BBQ was perfect for morning coffee. Comfortable beds and just overall very well renovated. Easy communication and host was very responsive. 5 star throughout.

A very spacious home with all the amenities you would need. We appreciated the garage space as we had our bikes along so that gave us safe storage. Communication was very good with the owner as she provided all the necessary information for our stay. Highly recommended.

Great remodeled home and very clean! It was a wonderful place to come home to each night. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook meals. The back deck was a great place to relax, although it could use more than 2 chairs. Other than that, we really felt blessed by Nicole’s home!

The Arches at Morningside is a true Gem of a rental. My husband complimented me on my choice! The house is just what we needed for our Rushmore Area trip. We based out of this rental and were able to visit all areas the sites and then some during our one week stay. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that's not too far from shopping and the downtown area. This open concept 3-bedroom, 2- bath Ranch style home has room to spread out and do your own thing. The furnishings are so tasteful with high-quality items. I really loved it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, again high-quality items. Nice cookware/dishes, appliances. It was a pleasure to cook in the evenings after our outings. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly would recommend this rental in Rapid City SD!

We are a party of 5 people consisting of myself, my god-daughter,her husband and their two children ages 2 and 9. The house was very clean and a perfect size for us with plenty of sleeping accommodations and amenities. The island kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils a nice stove and refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. It has a good size balcony and barbecue grill which we put to use on our first night. It is conveniently located to the highways, shopping, downtown,Deadwood, Sturgis, Wall Drugs and Mt. Rushmore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as an A house to stay in while visiting the area.

Property was clean and nice, easy access to Black Hills and Badlands activities. The host does have adult sons that are living in the basement of the property which we were made aware of on check in. They were plenty nice but I feel that should be disclosed beforehand.

The details regarding our 23 year old son (working as a local electrician) staying in a separate apartment down and around the corner, with a separate entrance off the backside of the house, were/are laid out in the property description, as well as in the welcome at least a day prior to check in, with an opportunity to discuss any issue. I am deeply sorry that you did not take that opportunity to visit with us and instead chose this method of communicating.

We visited South Dakota for a bucket list trip to Mount Rushmore. This house was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room and kitchen were spacious. The location was extremely convent. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the bunnies play. There are only 2 chairs on the deck but so we brought out kitchen chairs to accommodate our group and it worked perfectly. Nicole was a very attentive and informative host! Her son living downstairs was a non-issue for us and I feel bad that someone complained about it in a previous review. I highly recommend this property and host for your vacation to Rapid City!!!
