Este condominio cuenta con 2 camas queen y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Atlantic View Retreat está al lado de Dream Retreat y muchos huéspedes han alquilado ambos para su familia ampliada. El propietario ha agregado muchos extras en todo el condominio. ¡La cocina complacerá al cocinero gourmet! Apilable / lavadora secadora para su conveniencia. Muebles de cubierta de Polywood para que pueda sentarse y disfrutar de las vistas panorámicas del Océano Atlántico. Equipamiento para bebés disponible bajo petición. HDTV WIFI

Exceeded my expectations

Perfect location and access to the beach. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was nice but the best part was the balcony with the tall tables and chairs. We spent most of our time out there. The place is within driving distance of so many great places.

Upon early arrival, a couple gentlemen that worked there greeted us. Extremely friendly and very helpful! The property managers were extremely communicative about any issues that sprung with the HOA property.

Family Vacation to the Outerbanks

This is a lovely facility with a great view and excellent access to the beach. The bedroom set up was perfect for a family of four and it could have accommodated more. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the facility to others with families or those wanting a quite stay at the beach.

Beach front beauty

We loved our stay in our ocean facing 2nd floor room. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the sunrises were breathtaking along with the dolphin sightings. Beach access was right outside our door. We would definitely return again!

Wonderful!

This was the absolute best place we could have picked for our short getaway. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The ocean view couldn't have been better with a dolphin show being a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent!

My mom, sister and I spent a few days here the end of October. It was exactly as presented online. We all were impressed with how clean the unit was. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and lunch. Dunes were a little high to see the ocean, but we knew that was the case. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. It was a fabulous time away.

Great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was clean and had nice furniture (not worn out!) Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook and eat in. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

First Flight Rentals were very responsive and prompt. The views from the ocean faces balcony were amazing especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo had everything that you could possibly need. Will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful location

Well designed space in a great location. Well maintained and clean. Beds were really soft and uncomfortable and half of us ended up sleeping on the floor after a couple of days, but that was the only drawback.

Recent stay

The location of the property and the views are a five star but the rest is a one star if that. The condo is VERY dated and really needs some TLC. Observations: very dirty floors and carpets were the worst, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy, lightbulbs were out through unit, tub had black mildew in the drain, remotes didn't work and the cable had maybe three channels you could watch. No kids shows at all. The child's booster seat was filthy and had to soak it for an hour to wash it. They had that on the floor next to the trash. Not a place for a child's seat. The bedroom tv's don't work and aren't formatted. We tried to vacuum before we left but the one they had in the unit barely worked and was the size for a child: super small. I highly suggest replacing those carpets and mattresses if you want people to return. We loved the location, easy parking and the access to the beach...those made our trip entirely. Hope this helps.

Excellent location, Excellent in all ways!

The views of the ocean and ease of beach access can't be beat. Location in KDH is great for first timers. Loved that we could do laundry, cook as little or as much as we wanted. Phone connectivity was nonexistant. Internet was strong.

Just what was needed...

I have to say that the property managers (Denise) and owners were incredibly responsive and responsible. Before even going, I received a call stating that the condo chosen was having internet/cable issues. Then they offered me the condo right next door. It was amazing. The condo was clean, and I brought my heavy duty sanitizer spray gun for before and after - which wasn’t really needed but used anyhow. The place was equipped with everything, and then I requested one more day and this was done with proficient, kind professionalism. I highly recommend this place and definitely wish to return. It’s convenient to everything as well. If you get a chance, there is a small Thai place across the road that is amazing and also Black Pelican restaurant up the road.

The second floor facing the ocean was perfect. The roar of the ocean was awesome.

The security system was very impressive, only allowing tenants to be in the building and area. We were surprised we were asked to vacuum and wipe down the counter tops...thought that is why we paid the cleaning fee. We would come back to First Flight for sure.

Wonderful views

Excellent views of the ocean. Unit was very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. We did not have any need to contact property management. Would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Location and Condo - a few small issues

Perfect location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Quick access to the beach made it really easy and convenient, especially with small children. No driving or finding parking. We could easily go back to the condo for naps and lunch! We would definitely stay here again, but there were a few issues. 1) all that was supplied was 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. No laundry detergent, handsoap, dish soap, cleaner...our stay was only 3 nights so having to get up early to go shop for all these things after being in the car with small children all day was really frustrating. 2) the kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, utensils, etc but some things just don’t work well, like the one large kitchen knife. But the thing that got us was that there was no salt or pepper. There was a small spice shaker with a few different spices, but the salt and pepper was empty. So again, we had to purchase these things for our short stay. 3) dustpan was put in some arbitrary place and we only happened upon it on our last day. So cleaning was challenging. The vacuum works really well at sucking up sand, but literally nothing else. - again making it hard to clean 4) I emailed the property manager for a high chair and pack n play. They responded about not having a pack n play but ignored the high chair. I emailed back about it and they never answered me. There was a small high chair that attaches to the chair, but it was really dirty. 5) the home was for the most part very clean and very well kept, but the couch cushions were a little dirty. Again, this was a lovely place to stay and we would stay again. However, we feel the property manager or owner should supply some basics like soap and cleaner. This place is not cheap to stay at, so we expected a little more in that regard.
