Experience coastal elegance at its finest in Penthouse 2151 at Phoenix II. Perched on the top floor, this beautifully updated residence combines refined design with breathtaking Gulf-front views.
Inside, the living area showcases a cozy fireplace, designer furnishings, and a spacious layout perfect for entertaining. A formal dining table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar with two stools flow seamlessly into the fully remodeled kitchen, featuring premium stainless-steel appliances, an inset sink, and an adjacent bar with a beverage fridge and second sink, ideal for hosting.
This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests:
• Owner’s Suite: Expansive master with king bed, private balcony access, seating area, spa-inspired bath with Jacuzzi tub, two vanities, and walk-in shower.
• Second Suite: King bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds, en-suite bath with water closet, vanity, and tub/shower combination.
• Guest Retreat: Queen bed, twin bed, and trundle, with its own private bath featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
Outdoor living is just as impressive. The Gulf-front balcony is furnished with a dining table, benches, chaise lounge, and teak seating, perfect for enjoying sunrise breakfasts or sunset cocktails by the waves. A second, north-facing balcony offers a quiet escape for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Additional features include flat-screen TVs throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, and exquisite new flooring that extends across the entire residence. With two master-style suites and an additional guest retreat, this penthouse offers both privacy and sophistication for larger groups.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
