The space

We designed this space as the perfect place for families or small groups to truly unwind. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch, lounging in the heated saltwater pool (heating is available for a daily fee), or rinsing off after a beach day in the outdoor shower, everything here is meant to help you slow down and savor the coastal lifestyle. Our updated beach home offers a host of amenities, including a private pool, 2 covered porches, a grill, and multiple TVs. Additionally, we provide lightning-fast Wi-Fi...ideal for both unplugging and staying connected.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 8):
- Bedroom 1 – King bed + ensuite bathroom, 50" Roku Smart TV, and walk in closet
- Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, 43" Roku Smart TV, and closet
- Bedroom 3 – Twin XL bed (ideal for children) over Full bunk (sleeps 2-3), 43" Roku Smart TV and closet
- Den- Pull out sofa with comfortable Queen bed for additional sleep option if needed
- One additional hall bathroom with shower/tub
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property, fenced in backyard, and pool. Our home features smart locks with you unique access code provided for your stay.
Other things to note
House Rules:
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- Primary guest must be 25+
- Bunk bed safety: please note that the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years old due to safety concerns. For your child’s safety, we ask that younger guests sleep on the lower bunk or other beds provided. Larger guests/adults additionally should avoid using the top bunk.


Pool Heating:
- Pool heating is available for $40/day. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to allow for proper time for heating. The pool will be set to a warm 82° degrees, but it will not reach hot tub temperatures. If the temperature drops below 55°, the heater will automatically turn off to avoid freezing the equipment.
- Please note that we are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay. No worries, we will send a reminder about the pool heating a few days before check-in.

Pool Alarms:
-For the purpose of child safety and in compliance with local ordinances, we have pool noisemakers on each egress of the rear of the property. Please be aware that when exiting the home from the back door or entering from the backyard, you will have to press the black button on the device to disable the alarm. You will have eight seconds to enter/exit after it is depressed.

Cancellations:
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to travel disruptions, weather conditions, illness, or personal emergencies. If a last-minute change would present a financial hardship, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

Pool Service/Landscaping
To keep the outdoor areas in top shape for your enjoyment, the pool is professionally serviced every Monday, and landscaping crews visit once a week. They will only need access to the backyard and will not enter the home. Their visits are typically brief and minimally disruptive. Thanks for your understanding!
