The Space:

Welcome to your coastal escape on the quiet west end of Ocean Isle Beach. This brand-new 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom home was designed with space, comfort, and easy beach living in mind. With water views, multiple living areas, and inviting outdoor space, it’s a place where everyone can settle in and enjoy their time together. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, making it easy to come and go without the crowds.



When you arrive, the ground level offers a simple entry with a foyer and garage, perfect for unloading and getting settled. An elevator provides access to all levels, making it easy for everyone to move throughout the home. Head upstairs to the first living level, where you’ll find three bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a bunk room with three sets of bunks that sleeps seven. Each bedroom on this floor has its own private bathroom, and there’s also a comfortable family room with a shuffleboard table and poker table, giving everyone a relaxed space to hang out.



Up one level, the home opens into the main living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. This is where meals, conversations, and downtime naturally come together. This floor also includes a king bedroom with a private bathroom and a queen bedroom that shares a full bath with the main living area.



On the top floor, you’ll find a third living area along with a second kitchen space, giving your group even more flexibility during your stay. This level also has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two double beds, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.



With three separate living spaces throughout the home, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. Two twin cots are also available if you need a little extra sleeping space, and multiple balconies offer the perfect spot for a quiet morning or a relaxed evening.



Outside, the private pool area is set up for easy, all-day enjoyment. There’s a tiki bar, plenty of seating, and a pool bathroom so you don’t have to run inside. It’s the kind of space that makes it hard to leave.



This home is also pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the trip.



You’ll also have access to nearby basketball and tennis courts, along with entry to Le Volte’s private beach access. The center of Ocean Isle Beach is just a short drive away, with local restaurants, shops, mini golf, the pier, and other family-friendly spots.



The private pool can be heated for an additional charge if you’re visiting during cooler months.
