Welcome to our beautiful, 2-bed suite on the 2nd floor at Coral Resort. Our accommodation can comfortably fit up to 6 people, has a large open living area with a great view



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Sunlit 2-bed, 2 bath suite with plenty of space (almost 1000sqft)

- Accommodates 6 guests max, with few exceptions (e.g., small children)

- Quiet atmosphere due to size and movie-like view of the water, sit there and watch the dolphins and boats go by

- Open layout providing ample space

- Master bedroom: King bed

- Guest room: Queen bed

- Queen pull-out sofa

- Pillows, sheets, and sunlight from views



Outdoor Bliss:

- Direct pool access

Professional Cleaning:

- Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but not guaranteed

- Nearby stores available for purchasing more supplies



Pests:

- Regular pest treatment in place

- Common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders

- No refunds offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance available if needed

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom are currently under construction. These areas will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until end of the year 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the entire resort and its facilities.



⚠️ BEACH NOURISHMENT PROJECT

Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach



• Scheduled timeline for Clearwater Beach: October – November 2025

• During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.

• Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.

• For real-time updates, guests can text PCBEACHES to 888-777 to receive notifications about closures and construction.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire resort. Parking is free but a parking pass must be placed on the dashboard.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.



The Neighborhood:

Beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all *right there*. Don't even need a car.



Getting Around:

Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.

Your unit is private but there are 25 units at the resort so all of the amenities are shared.
