Encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño ubicada en el tranquilo vecindario de Rolando / SDSU College Area. La casa ofrece una sala de estar muy cómoda, dos habitaciones pequeñas y un baño grande. La cocina está bien equipada. También hay un cuarto de servicio con lavadora / secadora y un gran fregadero. El patio trasero ofrece un gran patio cubierto junto con un patio trasero completamente cercado. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes. We found the host extremely (in a good way) communicative which was much appreciated. The property contained all amenities mentioned in the VRBO description. Though we did not need them, there are air conditioning units in each living area. The property was clean and well taken care of inside the unit. I would recommend some instructions be made available for the television as there were two remotes and both were needed to access some of the programming. We sorted it out, but not finding anything might make things difficult for some. I would also recommend providing instruction on the operation of the rear deck lighting. The area is great, but the lights are bright and to some extent shine in the rear bedroom. There was a pad in the laundry room implying some ability to control them, but it did not. One last recommendation related to the grill. It is electric, but there didn't seem to be any open receptical in the deck area for its plug. If we are looking for a place to stay in this area, we'd definitely choose this place again.

Always such a great experience staying here with our 2 senior dogs and our 4 year old child. Literally 25 minutes at the most from everything we want to do! As long as this home is listed as an option we’ll choose to stay and also recommend it to others! The host is so kind and always makes us feel so welcome! Thank you from our family to yours

Just what we needed

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and needed to find a place that we could stay with our dog. We found Jeanette’s property and booked it.It worked out perfectly for us.Dog was happy, we were happy and the 2 nights were great.Jeanette was very helpful and in constant communication.We recommend if you need a place for your dog to roam and not in the hotel.Thank you!

A Sweet Spot for Graduation Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick stay in San Diego. We came for the Marine Corps bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival we noticed the house was clean, well kept, and had every little amenity we could ever need from small room fans and room air conditioners (if needed), to an iron and spray, to a doggy poop scoop! The home was furnished with plenty of clean seating options (indoor and outdoor) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space, towels, and was very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a park within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if ever we are in the area.

Rolando getaway

This is a quiet and convenient two bedroom house; Von's shopping center, Smart and Final and several restaurants are all within walking distance. San Diego State University is also close as are major thoroughfares and Highways 94 and 8. House is on dead end street, and has a covered back patio area to sit in and enjoy the birds and bunnies in the yard.

Our host….Absolutely awesome communication and so considerate. She truly worked hard to accommodate us, due to my having a medical procedure, that required me to lay flat for 48 hours. Since we live 2hours away, I couldn’t travel through the mountains. The house fit our needs.

Cute property with a great backyard!!

We spent the weekend here with no issues. The property has everything you might need and the host was very responsive to all messages. It's in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to anything you might need or want to do while in town. Loved the backyard for the kids to play!

Cute little house in quiet location

The 3 stars for location is only because im from san diego and el cajon blvd can be iffy once the sun goes down however the house is far enough off the blvd that i didnt feel worried.The house was the perfect size for our little family and accommodates pets well with a nice sized fenced in yard.Great central location short drives to the beach or mountains. The beds were SO COMFY too. Host was very responsive and accomodating which was nice as we've dealt with no so nice hosts before.

Upgrade wow!

While we did not stay at this property, the manager had to upgrade us(because the current renters had flooding at their home and needed more time at this rental) to an AMAZING house in Fletcher Hills. If you need a larger house to rent, ASK Jeanette! Very fast and friendly communication!! Entire experience was wonderful!

Nice Cottage

This small home is cozy and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry equipment, and a nice backyard and patio area. The location was about 20 - 30 minutes from the waterfront (all dependent on traffic). A shopping area is in close proximity. Jeannette, the host did a great job communicating and making the check-in and out process seamless.

Truly a cozy two bedroom with nice yard for the dogs.

Everything you need is within a short drive. The property is in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't a problem. It was also equipped with almost anything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house near SDSU

This house was perfect for a family stay to drop our son off at SDSU. It had everything we needed and I enjoyed having coffee in the private backyard. The host was responsive and communicative and I appreciate her compassion about dropping off our child at college for the first time. Thank you!

we take a trip every year to san diego and our first time in tjis specific house. It has to be the best short term rental we have ever stayed in! our dogs were so comfortable and accomodated especially with the beautiful yard and our 3 year oldkept saying how much he loved this home! thank you so much! maybe see you next year!
