Este es un hermoso condominio decorado con un tema tropical. 2-4. Cuenta con una nueva unidad de A / C en la sala de estar, ventiladores de techo tranquilo en la sala de estar y dormitorio, y cortinas para evitar el sobrecalentamiento de la tarde. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, vielleicht sogar mehr als man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, es ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub. Wir können es empfehlen.

Vacation Redo

As always, we enjoying staying in maui vista. We love the area as it's close to everything. We loved staying at the condo and the best part was having the items we needed on hand(extra paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, ziplock/trash bags). Mahalo. Looking forward to coming back in December, and January.

A wonderful stay!

Linda’s condo was perfect for our 10 day stay. Her unit was well stocked with the basics, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We really appreciated how she reached out prior to our stay to ensure that we had everything we would need and to check if there was anything else she could provide. Her unit was clean and updated which we also appreciated. We would happily return when we are in Maui again!

Great location

This condo is located right across the road from an excellent snorkeling beach. My husband swam with turtles every time we were there! Plus it's just a very short walk in either direction to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

An excellent place to stay close to beach 1, a primary grocery store, eateries and shopping with the bus stop a block away. I’ve stayed in this unit before and never rented a vehicle. Linda and Larry are great hosts.

Excellent!

Linda was an amazing host and this rental was awesome! The unit has everything you need and more and the host was extremely communicative. This rental is close to everything you could want in Kihei (beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) We will definitely be booking this place again!

Home Away From Home

This condo is part of a great complex with multiple pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQs. Check in is easy. Location is great, just across from one of the many Kihei beaches. This unit truly was our home away from home. It is very well stocked, information is everywhere, very organized. We felt at home right away!

Maui stay

Linda's place is quite nice and in a great location for beach time. It is also close to Three's, a great restaurant. It has all the fixins one could ask for. Linda is very communicative and delivers the parameters for her guests stay promptly and clearly. While there, the fires broke out and, while that area of Kihei was not affected, the state requested that all non-essential travelers leave to help conserve resources and, ideally, lodging for those affected. Considering the emergent situation, we felt it best to cut our stay short and leave Maui. Linda was not willing to provide a refund, which we respect as it is the right of the host through VRBO to make those determinations as they see fit. This is not meant to be a slight against Linda, it is simply being mentioned to let other prospective renters know that having their own travel insurance is needed as, should anything unexpected happen, this may be the only way for you to receive any type of restitution. Again, Linda's place is great and I would recommend.

Perfect Maui condo!

Everything was great from beginning to end. There were instructions and directions for every situation; the property manager is very organized and it made the trip a breeze. The bed was comfortable, the laundry and kitchen were fully stocked and easy to use, and there was even a French press and grinder for our coffee! If I'm staying again in Kihei, I would definitely choose this exact rental again.

Exceeded expectations!

My friends and I (3 adult professionals) rented Linda's VRBO for a "gal pal week" in Maui. Linda's VRBO far exceeded our expectations as many of the photos in the listing are clearly pre-renovations. Linda has thought of every/any convenience one might need during a vacation to Maui. There is ample beach gear (e.g., kid's flotation devices, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc.) and ample everyday living supplies (a comprehensive array of prepping/cooking/baking supplies, multiple small appliances, plenty of dining sets, assortment of cups/mugs/glasses, etc.). Linda also supplies more than enough paper products (toilet, tissue, and paper towels) and heaps of towels (face, hand, bath)--more than enough for us 3 adults for a one week stay and definitely enough even for a family of four. I have stayed at multiple VRBOs and other rentals and *none* have been as generous as Linda with everyday supplies (i.e., at other VRBO stays of more than a few days, I almost always need to buy more paper products and other daily supplies. I definitely consider Linda the most generous VRBO owner I have come across!). In addition, Linda's place was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at, with very comfortable beds (including the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. It was better than some "bed"-beds in other VRBOs!). It's clear that Linda takes pride in her VRBO, and guest are incredibly fortunate to benefit from her attention to detail and hospitality!

Marvellous Maui Vista

Totally enjoyed our 6 week stay at this well equipped condo. The property is well maintained and in a great location for getting anywhere on the island. Within walking distance to beaches and Kihei restaurants and bars.

I would come again!

This is a great place to stay at a great location close to the beach. There is plenty of parking. The beach is a short walk. We were supplied with plenty of beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and an umbrella, pots and pans, and plenty of dishes. It was very clean and Linda was very helpful answering any question we had. This is the type of place you will need to book early because it is in high demand. I would most definitely come back and book it again.

Linda and Larry live in the college town of Davis, California. Linda is currently a Pharmacy Technician at CVS. Previously, she was a professor at MIT, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, SUNY Buffalo School of Pharmacy, and UC Davis. She also worked previously as a Staff Toxicologist for the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. Larry is retired and takes care of our Davis garden and pool. (Larry loves Maui Vista because he can enjoy the tropical gardens and pool without taking care of them!) We love the beach and we enjoy running in the Maui Oceanfront 15k race in January. After renting other condos at Maui Vista for 4 years, we decided to purchase this beautiful condo in 2013. We love to travel and we found this condo to be one of the most comfortable, relaxing places we have stayed. We will do our best to make certain you enjoy your stay here.

This is a beautiful condo, freshly repainted throughout, fully equipped, with updated tropical decor, and new to the rental market. There are many reasons why you should seriously consider booking this unit.

1. It is located on the second floor in the highly desirable Building 3. This building is the quietest in the complex since it farthest from the traffic noise on South Kihei Road, yet is close enough to the ocean to enjoy cooling ocean breezes.

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street within easy walking distance. (Google the live web cam for Charley Young Beach and make your friends envious when they see you enjoying the beach!)

3. This unit has a peaceful view of the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens of Maui Vista from the lanai and the living room/kitchen. New lanai furniture so you can Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai & listen to the birds.

4. Our photos are always updated. Last update was 8/24/2014

5. The unit is professionally cleaned and well-maintained by a local management company (Maui Condo and Home) who are always available to take care of our guest needs or emergencies.

6.We provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, body boards, and a cooler for your days on the beach. We also provide tools to use with the convenient outdoor gas grills on the property.

7. We respond quickly to inquiries and are very easy to work with.

8. The bedroom has a new bedroom set, a very comfortable bed and a ceiling fan.

9. The living room has a 40 inch LCD TV with cable, a cd player, I-touch dock, and DVD player.

10. Free, unlimited wireless internet and free long distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada.

11. Overall, this is a GREAT value for the quiet tropical comfort and amenities we offer!

12. We have recently added a small printer for printing out your boarding passes and a wonderful leather recliner.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Enjoying ocean breezes and the tropical garden view from the Lanai of this condo is very relaxing. Linda especially loves early morning barefoot running on the beach across the street and we both love running uphill from the condo and/or along the oceanfront path in Wailea which give us running routes of 6 to 10 miles of tropical beauty! The condo is an easy walk or short drive to some great restaurants, shopping, and places along the ocean to enjoy Mai Tais and tapas at sunset!
