The first night I got there I arrived later then the group and the guy renting our golf cart came up to our villa and asked my to pay for the golf carts. He asked me to Zelle him…he ended up charging me for 1 week when I only asked for 4 days. He did return the money back to me but if I didn’t have noticed it would’ve been a 250 dollar difference. Then while we were staying they asked if someone could come look at the property for a potential buyer. There we some ladies that did not feel comfortable with people coming in when we were asked to not be there. They then called us into their office and bribed us to lie to our friends and they would buy us a drink. I said sure no problem. It seemed very unprofessional and they should respect how some guest are feeling. Then at the end of it all we get a bill for 542 dollars for “damages” they said we have stains on towels and a pillow case. The pictures they said were of all of the same towel that showed to have some pink on it. I never heard of a place charging for towels. Then the pillow case picture looked like it was dirty? They also said we broke the fridge in 3 different spots. We were there for 4 days…there’s absolutely no way we broke the fridge in 3 different spots. I’m very upset about how everything went down. They are now ignoring us and will not talk over the charges with us. They never told me my card was getting charged I just saw a charge for 542 dollars on my card. I’m super upset with the whole experience.
