Please Note: Just to let you know so there are no misunderstandings from the get-go we have been renting out this property for over the past 30 years plus years (Which was the 1st Short-Term Rental in Anaheim), and that we now offer our Guests the Added Option of adding on renting out our Upstairs' Rental Unit located above the garages for an additional 1,000 square feet of living space which includes 3 Additional Full Bedrooms; 2 Full Bathrooms; 1 "Wet Bar" area with large counter space to make "snacks" + Under the counter "mini-refrigerator/freezer," Microwave, and double sink; Private Upstairs' Laundry Room with new Washer & Dryer + Utility Sink; Plus New Mid-Century Modern Balcony to view the Disney Fireworks. PLEASE BE ADVISED: WE ONLY RENT THIS PROPERTYTO ONE GUEST GROUP AT A TIME! If interested regarding renting out the aforementioned Rental Unit, please contact us for a Quote.
