• Living Area: Open concept space featuring cozy seating, a smart TV for movie nights, and a full-size pool table for group entertainment.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped chef's kitchen boasting quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and ample space to cook and gather.
• Bedrooms: Three total bedrooms, including Bedroom 1 with a King bed, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 each featuring a Queen bed.
• Bathrooms: Three full private bathrooms equipped with hot water, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

• 15 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale for restaurants and entertainment.
• 10 to 20 minutes drive to the airport in all directions.
• Quick freeway access for day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for the stay. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.
• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.
