Exceptional location - could not be more convenient and central! Super lovely apartment, and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s a loud location - you’re right in the middle of everything, which is exactly what we wanted - but the unit itself is also quite surprisingly quiet when you’re inside. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

11-13 September

This property is located above a very loud bar that thumped until very late right below the main (larger) bedroom. There are no closets to hang clothes. The hallway and right outside smelled of sewage. There was no soap or body wash or any amenities. On the plus side the location is ideal if you like crowded noisy streets. There is no parking or laundry facilities. It was not worth the money , in my opinion, and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Perfect location

Everything was great. It was a little hot because the ACs weren’t installed yet but we stayed Memorial Day weekend so with the windows open it was fine. The actual door into the apartment was loose. There is the locked exterior door you have to get into first but a more secure doorknob/lock on the actual door would have made us feel a little better about leaving any valuables in the rooms. But other than those two things everything was great!

Great Place

Great place, middle of everything on Commercial. Clean and easy to get too. I would highly recommend this place. 2 bedrooms, beds were comfortable, easy to get in and out….cant wait to come back!

Weekend Stay

Everything about this property was great! The property is very spacious with a kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. This place is smack dab in the middle on the main street, which made everything very accessible from our location. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Location, Location, Location

The rental was as advertised. It was clean and cozy. The location is prime! Right in the heart of all activities. However, because of the location, it is a bit noisy at night. There are a few issues with the unit that should be addressed. The mattresses could stand an upgrade. And the bathroom is pretty small. If you are of any size larger than a small, using the restroom can be a challenge. I would suggest, pulling out the tub, replacing with a walk in shower and giving the toilet more space. Other than that, the place is fabulous! I will be staying here again!

Can't beat the location!!

The property was fantastic. The location can not be beat....especially if you're driving. There is public parking @ the pier parking lots directly behind the building ($35/day). Plenty of room for my family of four. Only reasons why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 were the french doors overlooking commercial street did not have any type of shade/blinds to close at night for privacy and also the bathroom toilet water closet/enclosure was pretty tight (left to right)...but I'm a bigger guy. Plenty of room for everyone else. Thank you.

Wonderful location the middle of the action

Joel was an excellent host and really took care of us. Communicated well and the location was ideal in terms of access to everything. A true Ptown experience.

Great stay w/ IMPORTANT CAVEATS

Overall this is the perfect spot for a group of friends’ first visit to Ptown. Excellent location and nicely furnished apt. However, there are three important things to keep in mind. 1) a single bathroom is very hard with more than 4 ppl, 2) the mattresses in the rooms on the westside are extremely firm and uncomfortable, 3) their is a bar downstairs so don’t expect to get some shut eye till it closes and the street clears out around 130-2am.

Location!!!!

This property is amazing! The only downfall is the lack of parking. Which is quite common in town. The property is large with a great set of french doors that open up to overlook commercial. This is great to be part of the action but to also have privacy. Quiet at night and central to everything in town!! Can not wait to come back!

Wonderful place and location!

The condo was great! Space felt warm and inviting and plent my of Space for 4 people. The location was AMAZING! Right in the town center and the French doors open right above commercial street making for great people watching and flirting :) Only call out was the keys/doors/locks being very difficult to use, it took forever to get in every time, but we were forewarned about it. Loved our stay and have already booked it again for next year!

Excellent Location

Had an excellent stay even though the weather was less than cooperative over the memorial day weekend. The condo has everything you need and lots of space to either socialize with friends or spend some time reading a book before heading out and exploring all that Provincetown has to offer. The condo is decorated superbly, linens and bedding were fresh and clean and the overall attention to detail is everything you could ask for. The location is great, just open the French doors and enjoy hours of people watching and a great breeze. Close to all the major restaurants and attractions.

AMAZING!

It was a wonderfully layout 3BR place that was perfect for our group. Plenty of space with a balcony that was overlooking the main street (fun for people watching). The location was idea, everything you want within easy walking distance - not to mention the best pizza place right downstairs. Would certainly recommend to anyone when they are in Ptwon.

Beautiful space, wonderful location

Wonderful condo in the heart of Provincetown!

This property was absolutely perfect. Located directly on Commercial Street, with views of the monument, and walking distance to all, you couldn’t find a better condo in Provincetown. The fresh, clean, open floor plan excellently accommodated our larger group. We had one of the best New Year’s experiences in Provincetown!
