Welcome to Carolina Beach Club 525!

Experience luxury in this exquisite 5th-floor penthouse ocean-view condo, fully renovated in the fall of 2021. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, this condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms located near the entrance.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and custom closets. It includes a private bathroom with an elegantly tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom boasts a creatively designed bunk bed, featuring a queen-sized bunk on the bottom and a full-sized bunk on top, along with a wall-mounted TV and a custom closet. The guest bathroom also features a tastefully tiled walk-in shower.

At the end of the hall awaits your ocean-view oasis. The open-concept living area is furnished with new, comfortable pieces including a sofa, chair, and coffee table, complemented by a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining area features built-in seating and additional bar seating, perfect for meals with a view. As an end unit closest to the beach, the condo offers an ocean view window where you can enjoy the waves while dining, or step out onto the balcony for a full oceanfront experience.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer combo, a rare feature at Carolina Beach Club.

Guests will enjoy access to resort amenities, including an oceanfront pool and spa, and easy access to Hilton Head Island's attractions. The property is connected to Ocean Oak Resort By Hilton Grand Vacations, sharing amenities such as pools, a gym, and a restaurant.

As a guest at Carolina Beach Club, you also benefit from all the new amenities at the Hilton, including two beautiful pools, a pool bar, new beach walkways, a fire pit, enhanced landscaping, a new brick-paved parking lot, and additional parking under the Hilton.

Located in the vibrant Forest Beach area, Hilton Head's "downtown," you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and the bustling Coligny Plaza. All of this is set against the stunning natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the East Coast.

Parking Notes: The Carolina Beach Club limits parking to one car per unit.

Great place! Compact, but had absolutely everything we needed. Well thought out with multiple storage options. Well stocked kitchen. Although the balcony view isn’t straight onto the ocean, it is definitely still a great ocean view over the trees, which made it even better for watching the sea birds. We were able to see dolphin swimming too! Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely return!

Gorgeous location with all the amenities! This has to be our favorite condo we have stayed at in Carolina Club. Great views, spacious and has all the amenities you could need.

Upon check-in the primary bath sink was backed up and WiFi didn’t work. Also, couch and chair in gathering space was dirty and worn.Property management quickly fixed the drain and WiFi - WiFi worked for a day and then went out again. TVs wouldn’t connect to WiFi throughout stay - was fed up and just lived without it for the duration of our stay.We’ve never had a bad experience with VRBO prior to this stay; however, this one has made us question whether we want to use a VRBO or hotel for our vacation in Italy next year.

The WiFi is fixed now. It was a Spectrum problem which we would have been happy to fix while you were here had we known it only worked for a day after we quickly responded to your first call. We will check the sofa and chair.

This condo is clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit. The pool is great & we never had a problem finding a lounger. The location is conveniently located near Cologny Plaza and is just a short drive to Harbour Town.

The condo is small but good enough for our stay. Kitchen was solid and bedrooms / bathrooms were adequate for our needs. Proximity to pool and beach was very good. Price in line with property. I would suggest replacing bed covers/sofa and chair. It’s just time. Enjoyed our stay thanks

Reviewer Comments: With the exception of the main bedroom door not being able to close/open without a ton of pulling and a lot of noise, this place was perfect. My kids, 8 &6, LOVED how spacious the bunk beds were. The view of the beach from the living/dining room was spectacular. The showers were spacious, having a small table with chairs/benches was the perfect breakfast/lunch spot. On top of the beautiful living space, having access to the Hilton’s amenities, including their diverse fitness center is the icing on the cake. This was our 3rd year in a row staying at the Carolina Beach club and my family and I will continue to book here for years to come!
