1940's 2 habitaciones / 1 baño Bungalow muy privado en South Park. Brillantes pisos de madera noble, ventanas de doble acristalamiento con excelentes vistas de Coronado y México. Enorme patio trasero aislado con hierba verde y Horse Shoe Pit, zona de barbacoa, patio con calentador, hamaca, pozo de fuego y un montón de espacio. Cocina completa con construido en microondas y lavavajillas. Gran mesa de comedor Buena ubicación. Garaje adjunto con control remoto, un montón de estacionamiento en la entrada o en la calle.

Ideal para entretenimientos, reuniones pequeñas o simplemente un buen tiempo familiar pasado de moda.

Terrific family friendly home away from home.

Great location minutes to Old Town, Zoo, and Midway. Great neighborhood with restaurants and neighborhood grocery/deli within easy walking distance. Hosts were great and the treats upon arrival were unexpected and appreciated after a day of travel.

Family and dog friendly home in San Diego

Our family of four and dogs had a fabulous week here. It was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We were able to cook, do laundry and enjoy games in the beautiful backyard. A bonus was sitting in the front lawn on Fourth of July and seeing several cities fireworks, it was magical!

Great place to stay

We loved the house and backyard. Clean and well taken care of. Great place to stay with our family. We loved the welcome cookies. There were snacks and fruit. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazingly well provisioned and very clean. Lots of extra touches like fruit, flowers, cookies, drinks, coffee and more. Few rules and regulations, nothing unreasonable. Toys and games especially for little kids but some for teens. Tips on nearby restaurants. I could go on.

Cute and Comfortable Home

We really enjoyed our stay! There were snacks and cold drinks waiting for us after a long drive. The backyard was relaxing and perfect for our dogs. And the location was a good central spot for exploring San Diego. Thank you!!

Great stay

The house has everything we needed for our trip. Great location with many grocers and restaurants within walking distance. My kids loved the hammock and you can’t beat San Diego’s beautiful weather. Isabelle was extremely easy to communicate with and available if we needed her. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay!

I stayed in this bungalow for 9 nights and it did not disappoint. Beautiful large backyard with area to hang out and all the kitchen items you could need to prepare food and enjoy the home. Isabelle is instantly responsive, and helped with any questions I had right away. 10/10 would recommend!

Great, quiet space

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and the place well stocked. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Back yard was the best part, spacious and relaxing, enjoyed the fire pit. Only complaint would be the master bed was very hard, ended up sleeping in the kids beds, lol. But overall, very content.

Home away from home.

What an awesome stay. The house was beautiful with a nice outdoor back yard patio and it was a plus to take our small dogs. The property sits in a nice neighborhood and not too far from the city, grocery stores and restaurants. We never had any issues. The couple of questions we had, Isabelle replied very quickly. This will be our go to house everytime we visit San Diego.

This house was just amazing!!! There was the sweetest welcome sign & flowers waiting for us. The rooms were spacious and worked perfectly for us. The upgrades that have been done to the house fit in with the style of the house and make it charming. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about any dish or utensil you might need!! From plastic/kid plates and bowls to glass plates and bowls (enough for 8) to mixers and cake pans cookie sheets. There were toys and bikes in the garage, my son would have been in heaven had he come with me. My dad was in heaven with the pac-man game out there!!! This was the best house I have stayed in! The host was very nice and it was easy to book. Next time I head out to San DIego I will see if this is available!!

Great location and place

We selected this place as it was close to Balboa Park and friends. It is a wonderful home with an amazing backyard. The host was wonderful, leaving us welcome treats and the place was super well stocked, making the trip convenient. South Park is a fun neighborhood with character. It is easy to walk to restaurants and businesses, and get around. Balboa park is close by. I had 3 14 year old kids with me and my husband and it was the perfect fit for us. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Isabelle is quick to respond. We were greeted with cookies, drinks, cheese platter, and a personalized message welcoming us. Fresh cut flowers are also around the house. The location was perfect for us to go back and forth to the navel base on Coronado Island to visit our son while he was in port. It was relaxing to hang out in the backyard and play some horseshoes. We will definitely be back.

Home Away From Home

This South Park Bungalow is warm and inviting. During our stay we entertained our family and friends. Our grandchildren (3 yrs, 1 and 7 months) enjoyed the back yard. There were age appropriate toys available for them as well as horse shoes and corn toss for the adults. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to prepare family meals. The nearby Food Bowl Market met our grocery needs. The Buona Forchetta Italian restaurant is excellent for a night out. Our Goldendoodle settled into his surroundings and busied himself exploring the back yard and keeping an eye out for the squirrel. The neighborhood is quiet and the people very friendly. It was the perfect choice for visiting San Diego!

EXCELLENT HOME AWAY FROM HOME! :)

This little home is a true gem, and if I ever come back to San Diego, I will definitely be staying here again! It comfortably slept way more than advertised. My family and I stayed here for my sons Marine graduation from MCRD San Diego. It was perfect. Only 20 minutes from base, and it had all the amenities you could want in a home. The outdoor space is what makes this home truly special. We did not want to be cooped up in a hotel room all week with active teenagers. This home kept them busy with a pool table, and horseshoe throwing pit, and a lovely yard to run around in. The host - Isabelle - went above and beyond with communicating with us, as well as leaving the home with extra towels, sheets, beautiful fresh flowers, and a basket of snacks for our family. Thank you so much for being so kind and accommodating to our family during a very special time in our life! We will be back! :)

Fantastic value!

The location and amenities of this house can't be beat for the price. Our family of five had everything we needed for our week long vacation. Almost all of the attractions and restaurants we visited were within a 15-20 minute drive. The hosts provided extras that made us feel so welcome-treats and snacks, kitchen staples, fresh coffee, laundry detergent, plenty of towels and toiletries...above and beyond many other places we've stayed. The beds were ALL comfortable! Plenty of pillows of various types too! I've never slept better while traveling. Two things to note: Bring your robe and slippers if you're visiting in the winter. The house was a bit chilly and drafty at night (to be expected in an older house). If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. You can hear the airplanes taking off and landing at the nearby airport. It isn't super loud, out of the five of us it only bothered me. Overall, very happy with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect

Isabelle's place was even better than we expected. I reserved her home based on the positive reviews. We knew that it would meet our needs space wise but it went above and beyond what we imagined. Isabelle was so thoughtful in every aspect of the home. We arrived to fresh baked cookies, a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The bedrooms were spacious and we had more than enough room for my husband and I and our 3 daughters. There are bath bombs in the bathroom that unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use. Everything was exceptionally clean. Our favorite part by far is the beautiful backyard. We spend a lot of time back there relaxing. There is corn hole and a giant jenga game, a fire pit, tons of shaded seating and toys for the kids to play with. The neighborhood is safe with lots of people taking strolls and walking dogs and there are tons of places to eat nearby. There are too many good things about this home to be able to list them all. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Isabelle for your hospitality and lovely time!

Perfect Location to Explore San Diego

This house is centrally located and the perfect jumping off point to explore San Diego. A short drive to the Zoo and easy drive to Torrey Pines and La Jolla. The house is well-stocked with anything you could need to prepare meals. The backyard is fantastic.

Beautiful home with Great Backyard

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were five adults and two dogs in my group and we spent most of our time in the backyard. The backyard is awesome with plenty of room for pets and children to run around. There is lots of patio furniture, a grill, firepit and horseshoes. The home is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner even provided coffee, fresh fruit, a basket full of snacks, fresh flowers and freshly baked homemade cookies. Thank you Isabelle! Isabelle is very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend. We will definitely stay again when we return to San Diego.

Beyond happy with our stay.

Thank you for hosting us, we had an amazing time. The house was everything that was listed and more. Thank you for allowing us to have our sons birthday celebration there. Thank you for being so attentive with us you are a great host. We definitely felt at home. Hopefully when we come to visit again we can stay there again.

Our names are Tom & Isabelle Senk. This was our first home and we got married in the backyard in 1994. We out grew this house, but love the location and privacy that it offers. We have 3 children and live a busy San Diego lifestyle. We live in the area and are able to work close to home as well. We do a lot in the community and have been here since 1988. We enjoy time at the beaches, walking our dogs, hiking, traveling,dancing, and good times with friends and family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We decided to use this home as a vacation rental because it was a long term rental for a long time. Our tenant was great but we wanted to upgrade the home and get some time ourselves to enjoy it again. We designed the yard for families with pets like ours, so that they can travel with their pets and the animals don't have to be inside all day. We are animal lovers. Dogs, cats, fish, geckos, turtles,whatever comes our way. We use the home for parties for our kids, celebrations, or just a weekend away from our home. We plan on keeping this home and use the money to continue improvements a couple times a year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home was built in the 1940's and has a very good foundation and was built to last. We love the backyard, but the location was perfect because it is close, but still private. Views of Coronado & Mexico can be seen from the front porch. We plan on adding on to the porch so that we can sit there as we age and enjoy the sunset.
