This cozy and inviting three bedroom, one bathroom beach bungalow is nestled in the peaceful Old Yaupon area of Oak Island. Located within close proximity to public beach access, this home blends comfort, charm, and coastal ease with thoughtful touches throughout. Whether your stay is filled with beach time, family fun, or quiet relaxation, this bungalow is designed to make your getaway feel effortless!

On the inside of the home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing meals at home, complete with a refrigerator with ice maker, flat-surface cooktop, dishwasher, built-in microwave, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, and a breakfast bar for extra seating. The living spaces flow comfortably, creating the perfect place to gather after a day in the sun.

In the first bedroom, you will enjoy a king bed, TV, desk and chair, and a private half bath. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed, generous storage, and a desk with two chairs making it a great setup for reading, work, or kid activities. In the third bedroom, you will find a queen bed plus a triple bunk offering three twin beds, along with its own private half bathroom that is ideal for families or groups traveling together.

The full bathroom offers a tub and shower with grab bars for comfort and convenience, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A dedicated laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and extra storage, along with baby items such as a high chair, Pack n Play, and stroller.

One of the best spots in the home is the screened porch located just off the first bedroom. With a TV, fireplace, portable A/C, and comfortable seating, it provides the perfect retreat for slow mornings or quiet evenings.

Now on the outdoors of the property, you will find everything you need for the ideal beach vacation: an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor storage, and a fully fenced yard that is perfect for dogs to roam safely. The home includes beach chairs, toys, a wagon, and a Shibumi for easy beach days. Private parking is available for up to six vehicles.

We are also proud to be exceptionally pet friendly. Your dogs are welcome at Just Like Paradise, and you may bring one or two pups. A “Tail Wagger Station” is located at the front entryway with a leash, doggie bags, grooming tools, and more to make traveling with pets easy and stress free.

Entertainment options include smart TVs with streaming apps, board games, puzzles, and books for all ages.

Located in the beloved Old Yaupon district, the home is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Oak Island Fishing Pier, scenic trails, and fishing spots. You are also close to the Oak Island Golf Course, lighthouse, sky diving, helicopter rides, putt-putt, and other fun island activities. A short 10 to 15 minute drive brings you to historic Southport: home to waterfront dining, shopping, and film locations including Netflix’s The Waterfront. Ferries depart nearby for the NC Aquarium, Civil War Museum, and Bald Head Island!
