Quietly tucked away on a cul-de-sac within Mission Hills Country Club, this two bed/two full bath condo is the ultimate private luxury getaway, offering peek-a-boo mountain views and uninterrupted vistas of the famed Dinah Shore course.
An oversized two car + golf cart garage is conveniently adjacent to the gated front courtyard - no long walks carrying groceries or luggage. Front door has digital lock for added security.
INTERIOR: features updated wood-look ceramic flooring, newly remodeled kitchen, smart/powered designer roller shades, Bedrooms and baths are nicely updated with quality fixtures and freshly painted. Very fast WIFI throughout.
Great Room with gas fireplace, comfortable sectional and chairs, 75" Samsung OLED smart TV, wet bar area with sink and mini fridge.
Kitchen with stunning quartz countertops, modern tile backsplash, dimmable LED lighting, a 42” sub-zero paneled refrigerator, Dacor gas cooktop and Samsung Flex Duo oven. Includes a variety of pots, pans, mugs, glasses, plates and cooking items. A slider opens off the dining area to the courtyard for morning coffee.
Generous master suite has amazing views and a spa bath featuring custom dual marble-top vanities (extra tall for the Gents) and a large tub/shower. King bed, 50 inch smart TV, and blackout shades. Linens and towels, starter soaps, etc. are provided.
