Gran lugar para alojarse para eventos de USAFA, vacaciones multifamiliares, viajeros de negocios, vacaciones, bodas y más. ¡Ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo con acceso CERRADO Y FÁCIL a la I-25!

¡Bienvenido a tu hogar en COLORADO! Es su base de operaciones perfecta durante su visita a Colorado Springs. Esta casa de 2500 pies cuadrados tiene un plano de planta de estilo rancho con solo 1 juego de escaleras que bajan al sótano terminado al nivel del jardín que tiene mucha luz natural. Decorado con buen gusto y totalmente amueblado con muebles cómodos. La gran cocina está completamente equipada y lista para preparar comidas caseras. ¡Prueba un juego de air hockey o mira HBO! Patio trasero completamente cercado con terraza, patio de concreto, asientos al aire libre y parrilla de propano para barbacoa. Incluso hay una casa de juegos / columpios para que los niños disfruten.

A great retreat!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Lots of comfy beds, plenty of chairs at the large dinning table for our big family, plenty of towels, nice, quiet area. We just really enjoyed the experience.

Bringing family together

We were able to use this home as 'home base' for a family gathering to celebrate our niece's graduation. It was perfect for hosting dinner and also for everyone to have their own space. We had plenty of room. The home has everything needed for every age group.

Our family of ten stayed in this house while in town attending a wedding nearby. Excellent accommodations for our large family. Good entertainment for the kids, would definitely recommend.

Great Rental

Absolutely amazing location. We had everything around us and amazing views and limited traffic so that was great. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the downstairs area and me and my wife were able to relax in the upstairs living room. Loved the view from the kitchen as we ate. Backyard was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Trip to CO Springs

We rented this house for a visit to CO Springs. And thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Conveniently located right off 25 - Close to grocery stores - Very well stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware and spices) - Works great for families (downstairs was great for kids) In addition, Liz was terrific to work with and responded to the few questions we had very quickly and accommodating our short notice early check in to the best of her ability. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit in the future.

Home AFA GAME

The owners were very responsive and accommodating with a special request. Lots of kitchen cookware and other essentials provided. Fantastic location for game day at AFA. The house was perfect for an after game gathering place for our son and several of his fellow cadets. They loved the house and encouraged us to rent it for our next game!

Perfect House in Perfect Location

Pleasantly surprised at how clean this home is and how well equipped it is with all your wants and needs. Thankfully it is very spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our veteran softball team of 10. The owners are awesome too. This house is conveniently located near the Air Force Academy, about 1 hour south of Denver and around the corner of Starbucks, 7-11 & other delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent proximity to USAFA!

We stayed here for 3 days while dropping our son off for In-Processing Day at the US Air Force Academy. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the North Gate Entrance. Also, plenty of restaurant options in the near vicinity. We didn't need all of the space, but it would be a great option for multiple families, with three upstairs bedrooms and three downstairs sleeping areas. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware/silverware, plus some condiments/spices. We would absolutely stay here again on future visits to Colorado Springs.

Great Vacation House for multi-generation family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home for the week. The grandkids had plenty to do with the backyard play equipment, the basketball hoop in the basement, toys and books to read and cable tv. Chad and Liz were very responsive to our questions and requests. They have thought of everything one might need while on vacation saving us trips to the local store for this and that. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet, and location was great to enjoy what Colorado Springs has to offer. I would highly recommend this house for muliti-generation families based on our experience.

Great house with plenty of space

We were in town for a wedding with our 2 teenage children and 2 small dogs. Communication and check-in process were great. We arrived and found everything as described. Only minor detail was that we had to rewash some of the dishes, because they were greasy coming out of the cabinet, and there was some black mold in the washing machine. Other than that, everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels available, internet worked fine. The house would sleep 14-16 people, so under-utilized it quite a bit. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway and the Air Force Academy. 2 car garage to park was perfect to store the bikes as well. There was plenty of space for our dogs to run around outside, the kids thought it was great that they had their own TV downstairs. We had a great stay, no problems, can definitely recommend it.

We recently purchased this property to fill a need for furnished short term, vacation rentals in this area. We spent 3 weeks remodeling this house mostly by ourselves in order to make it a home that we would want to stay in with our children and relatives. It's a great, family friendly neighborhood. We live nearby and have become very fond of the North area of Colorado Springs and we hope you do too.
