Casa totalmente renovada! La mejor ubicación! Camina a la famosa escuela de Sundae y Woolfies!

Este adorable rancho de 3 dormitorios es luminoso y recientemente renovado en 2017. Las actualizaciones incluyen pintura nueva, nueva cocina, 2 baños nuevos y pisos de madera en todo! La habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama con puertas de granero para mayor privacidad. Servicio de lavandería disponible en el sótano.

**** Tenga en cuenta que la ropa de cama y las toallas NO están incluidas en la tarifa de alquiler y deben traerse a nuestra casa o alquilarse. Proporcionamos almohadas y mantas para cada cama.

Relájese después de un día en la playa usando la ducha al aire libre (con cambiador) y luego relajándose en el porche o patio al aire libre. Hay comedor para 6 en el porche, así como una nueva parrilla para su uso. Para aquellos días realmente calurosos o para dormir más cómodamente, la casa tiene aire acondicionado central.

Esta ubicación es clave, ya que está escondida en un barrio tranquilo, lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la mayoría de las calles que conducen a las playas. La proximidad a las playas ofrece muchas opciones. We enjoyed the house very much for our week in August! The home is very roomy with two living areas and two dining areas. The newly finished basement is a great place to hang out and there are beds down there too. The central AC works very well to keep the house cool. The home is in a great central location and the neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very communicative as well, available anytime I had a question. We would definitely stay here again when visiting The Cape.

Great place for family vacation

We have stayed at this house twice and it is a great place for a family vacation! It is in a convenient location, and the house is spacious with a nice screened-in porch. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely return again!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

This house was the perfect location for my family as we stayed here for a weekend getaway. The first thing we noticed was how clean the entire house was and how they had everything we needed available. The house has plenty of space and the back porch is perfect to enjoy morning coffee! The location is perfect as it's so close to downtown Dennis, Harwich and only 20 minutes from Chatham. Brian and Sarah were both very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent property and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, we spent quite a bit of time there with our three little ones and it was clean and spacious! Everything we ever needed was within 3 miles which was super convenient. This was our first time to Dennis Port, but we will definitely be back!!

Cape Cod Perfection!

This property was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect and so was the house. The house was clean, well appointed; cozy yet a touch of sophistication. We loved the decor, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family never to feel crowded. The yard was immaculate and the outdoor shower was amazing!. We highly recommend this rental and we will be returning!

Clean and spacious

We were very pleased with this property. The listing is accurate. Clean and spacious. Thoughtful touches such as lawn games, inside board games, TV in each bedroom are a few examples. Location is nice in quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend this property/host.

Excellent Home to rent!!

Everything was in perfect condition. Lovely furnishings, beautiful decor. Like new! Very clean!! Loved all the little touches such as cute shower curtains and hooks, salt and pepper shakers, pictures, pillows, kitchen things, comfortable beds as well as couches, etc. Loved the dining room with that great table, then the kitchen with it’s nice table and yet another nice, large table in the screened porch. The outdoor patio and furniture is comfortable and inviting, along with a grill, umbrella and even games.. With the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the wonderful outdoor shower, could easily have two couples and even a kid or two. Walking distance to several fun places. Looking forward to returning next year, hopefully!

Outstanding Experience

This was an excellent stay! The owners were very easy to contact and friendly. We loved that thwy had lawn games in the shed for the evenings when we weren't at the beach. We loved that they supplied beach chairs, umbrella, toys, SO MUCH! They even had food storage containers. This house makes us understand why people have beach houses.

Fantastic House

My family and I stayed for a long weekend getaway and couldn't have been more satisfied with the accommodations, location and cleanliness of the house. The owners are extremely helpful and respond to questions/inquiries right away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location that is only a short drive to other parts of the cape such as Chatham and Harwich. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation/getaway

Great Cape stay!

Photos do not do this lovely property justice. Quiet but well located, clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and a charming screened dining room as well as an outdoor entertaining space, well stocked kitchen and everything needed for the beach in the shed. Couldn't ask for more responsive owners. Happy to recommend!

Spring getaway

This home is very warm and welcoming. Very spacious and updated. Great location as it is near the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. On a nice quiet street where you can relax in the yard or in the oversized back porch after a day at the beach, golfing or bike ride on the rail trail. We used the house as we are remodeling a seasonal cottage close by.

Great getaway!

This house is exactly what you think of when you think of the Cape. It was clean and accommodations for the whole family. The only thing is that some of the outlets weren’t working. I know the owner is planning on fixing this sometime over the summer. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire process. She even provided her cell phone number in case we needed to reach her. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful property in Dennis Port!

My daughters and I had a wonderful working vacation at this beautiful property. Easy check-in and check-out; super clean, quiet and comfortable. It was everything we could have hoped for! Being mid-cape, it was so easy to get around - 20 mins. in any direction seems to get you everywhere! We especially enjoyed the 3 dining spaces (kitchen/dining area/screened porch) - it made every meal special! Walking distance to the beach was everything! Even in April, we soaked up the sun and beautiful ocean views! We felt so at home, it was sweet sorrow to have to end our stay. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit it again! Lovely hosts and a perfect Cape Cod getaway!

Cutest Home Away From Home

We loved this place! First time visiting the Cape and it was such a great spot. I would definitely return again. The location was perfect if you want to explore the cape. We loved how it was in the middle and an easy drive to both Provincetown and the ferries. We enjoyed eating at the Den and the Cape Cod Creamery! We came before everything was open for the season, but there was still plenty to do. The home’s kitchen was stocked perfectly, the decor is cute and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked well. Definitely recommend staying here! For my own selfish purposes I should be saying don’t stay here so it is always available when I come ;) we loved it!

We have been travelling to the Cape with our family for 12 years! We have loved every trip and dreamed of the day when we could own a cottage and share our love of the Cape with others. Having rented for so many years, we know what it takes to make guests feel welcome and have the ability to relax and be on vacation.

After searching for a cottage for years, we fell in love with this location and style of home! In our full-time home, we have the ability to walk and ride bikes to all the local shops and restaurants and we wanted that for our cottage as well. This home is already beautifully renovated and we can't wait to continue to improve it over time and put our stamp on it. We have some wonderful upgrades planned!
