Great Home

This property was perfect. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace. The house was beautiful, loved the large backyard with outdoor area.

Construction Zone Escape

Quiet little street close to all the amenities you need. This home provides a wide open back yard with grill and fire place. The beds are super comfortable and clean. The house was very clean and tidy. This didn’t take away from our stay, I would suggest adding kitchen towels and plastic hangers for the closets. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for us while our home is undergoing repairs.

Good Location and Well Maintained

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with Publix, Sprouts, Aldi, and Winn-Dixie nearby. Pinellas trail is close by for biking. It is a small house renovated completely, everything in good working order, and was well-equipped for our 10-day stay (however, we did not cook). We loved the fenced yard, spacious and flat for our senior dog. One of the two bathrooms is located in the garage(FYI). For its location and comfort, we would recommend this house.

6 week stay in Seminole

Property is very clean and Kimberly, the property manager is very attentive. She promptly handled the issues we had when we first arrived. The home is really not set up for an extended stay if you plan on cooking indoors as there were no mixing bowls or baking dishes or a cutting board and initially we were only provided 1 washcloth and 1 towel each. Kimberly did bring over 5 more wash cloths and a couple more towels after I complained. Living room only seats 3 people so would not be good for a family of 4. Great fenced in yard for dogs and we loved practicing with the cornhole game.

Great time and nice place!

We recently stayed at this home and really enjoyed our time. This is a nice house with a Great yard (especially if you are bringing a dog) in a great location. It is only 10 minutes or so to a couple of great beaches. One of the bathrooms is in the garage as another reviewer mentioned so that is something to note. Only a couple of issues, and those were the lack of utensils in the kitchen and the lack of seating in the living room. The kitchen really only had a few basic utensils, and lacked the appropriate tools to grill. The home could use some steel spatulas and other grilling tools. In addition, the living room really needs some additional seating as it only seats 3 people. Overall though it was a nice stay!

Horrible Management & Maintenance

The house is nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet. HOWEVER we had so many issues after moving in and trying to get the management to get them resolved took several weeks to get in touch with her and get anything resolved. Somethings never got resolved in the 2 month stay. We had ants everywhere. We ended up buying traps and spray. Both bed frames were broken. We ended up buying wood cut as slates to fix one bed and it took maintenance over a week to come fix the next. Even supplied them with the sizes and how many were needed. The back door to was rotten by termites and had a light gap around it which let ants and other insects inside. This never got fixed. The spot light in the back yard never worked & had to use my own flashlight to go outside at night. The maintenance said they would be back the very next day to fix it and never showed up - still not working. The carpet outside when pulled from the wall of the house had ant piles ants and or termites crawling the walls. They came in thru a crack in the wall because there was a pile of black dust inside the house by the baseboards. The window sills always had dead flying ant on them which means they were getting in thru the front and back door. the front door batteries died and they never replaced them. The said the would drop off - never did. Needed another month or so they wouldn’t negotiate pricing with all the problems I had so I found a nicer & cheaper home. So for price I paid here-NOT WORTH IT!!!
