Kitchen: The space is well-equipped with essential supplies and features beautiful granite countertops and stools for meals and conversations. A convenient pass-through window leads to the Patio Bar for outdoor snacks and drinks. A Keurig with K-Cups, sugar, and stirrers is available for enjoying coffee on the back patio. 🥥



Living Room: This cozy space features a chic gray sectional sofa, faux greenery, beachy wall decor, and a standout oversized Roku TV with Fubo channel access for sports fans. 🌺



Primary Bedroom: The room includes a king bed with luxury white bedding, a full-length mirror, USB clock, and electrical outlets. Amenities also consist of a luggage rack, hangers, and a Roku TV remote for easy control of local and sports channels like ESPN through a Fubo subscription. 🌴



Secondary Bedroom: The room features a queen bed with white linens, a full-length mirror, a clock with USB outlets, and two reading lights. Additionally, it includes a luggage rack, hangers, and a dresser for storage needs. 🍊



Florida Room: This spot is ideal for relaxing while working or sending a brief email. The stylish green velvet futon transforms into a Full-Sized Bed, with all bedding conveniently stored in the hallway closet. An additional three-inch thick foam pad, encased in plastic with a zipper, offers extra comfort – please keep it in the casing. For your reading enjoyment, you will also find a book that matches the theme, The Surf Shack. 🐚



Screened Patio, aka THE TIKI BAR: It's a perfect spot to relax, with soothing bird songs and a spacious TV controlled by Roku, offering local and news channels as well as ESPN. There's a convenient pass-through window for drinks from the kitchen, but please do not move the securely plugged charging outlet. 🏄🏻‍♀️



Backyard: Experience a captivating rainforest setting with native plants, a hammock, and a cozy fire pit area. There’s a brand new 8ft STOCK TANK POOL as of May 25’. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the backyard or take a short drive to the beach for more scenic beauty. 🦋

- Kindly remember that Surf INN is situated in a residential area. It's essential to be considerate and respectful while you are here. The residents value their peace, and it's our goal to maintain a harmonious environment for everyone's enjoyment. ✌️🏽



- No loud music or parties are allowed due to the neighborhood curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low. Remember, while you may be on vacation, your next-door neighbor might have work the following day. 💖



Getting Around:

- Uber and LYFT are easily accessible in the area, offering convenient transportation to and from the beach at a reasonable cost. 🚖

- A trolley service operates from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach throughout the day and evening for just $5 per day. To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app. 🚃

- Bike & kayak rentals, feel free to contact Mad Beach Surf Shack in Madeira Beach. 🚲



Other Things to Note:

- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- Forget about packing or renting beach gear! We provide guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella. Additionally, there's a big bag of beach toys for the little ones. 🌅



- The washing machine and dryer are discreetly placed in the garage, covering your laundry detergent needs. 🫧



- Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.



- We do offer a pack-n-pack and stroller. If you need any additional baby or toddler equipment, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know. 🚼



- This stock tank pool is located in a cozy corner of the backyard, creating an ambiance similar to a tropical forest. It is 2 feet deep and serves as the perfect spot to relax and cool off after a day at MAD Beach. [Please note: do NOT tamper with the pool equipment or remove the blue noodles from the edge of the pool.] 💦

Swimming Pool Liability Waiver & Disclaimer:



By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming/stock tank pool:



Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other potential hazards. By choosing to use the pool, all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.



No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not provide a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all party members, including children and non-swimmers. Children must always be supervised by an adult when in or near the pool.



Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties.



Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and in accordance with all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited.



Indemnification: By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the homeowner, property owner, host, and any associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool.



By proceeding with this booking, all guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and assume all risks associated with using the swimming/ stock tank pool.
