The condo features a fitness room, jetted bathtub, and a cozy living room with an additional queen bed. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Panama City Beach and our condo has to offer. Feel free to use the grills in the common area. The swimming pool is within our gated area to allow only the guest from our bld. we are within walking distance to great restaurants and Walmart is only 5 minutes away. This was an amazing condo. Only small problem we had was two chairs to the dining table were broke. But I took pictures for time stamped to show. It didn't bother us or leave us out none. It was very clean and absolutely beautiful . Easy to checkin and check out.

Wonderful stay in PCB

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful week at the beach. Beach chair rental was a little pricey 250 for 2 chairs & umbrella for the week. Blue Swell was a wonderful property manager. We vacation in PCB annually and will look to book again at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to the beach every year and this is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Most places are not what they look like, this one is BETTER than it looks! Everything to the rental company to small things like the number of towels provided (which was excellent). Bunk beds are larger than they appear in pics. This will be our ongoing place to stay when we go to Panama City going forward!

Fantastic condo, wonderful stay!

Wow!! Super fresh and clean smelling condo! Great first impression! Very nicely updated inside, well done remodel and great furnishings. Welcoming, stylish, and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay. Full size washer & dryer was a huge plus! Great views from the balcony. Building had decently fast elevator, clean building overall, and easy access to the beach. Pool area super nice too with both sunny and shady areas. No parking onsite, it's across the street - which is a downside; however the building is situated right by the crosswalk so it was pretty easy to get across the busy street as needed. Beds were so comfortable, linens soft and fresh. Outdoor seating was top notch, great area to relax and watch sunsets. Property Management was very responsive - I had to reach out once with an issue (the front door code they provided didnt work upon arrival) and once with a general question (how to rent chairs on the beach) and both times they answered quickly and provided what I needed. Water preasure was really low in both showers, and every time the toilet was flushed in the front bathroom there was a weird loud slushing sound for a minute or so. But easy to deal with both things. So overall, what a great find and I'd recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated and well equipped home! There are multiple restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. Parking was super easy. Definitely would stay here again. NOTE: this is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, there is no half bath.

Perfect location

Great place for our annual girls trip. The condo was spotless. Check-in & parking was easy. Close to shops & restaurants. The guys at the chair service on the beach took care of us. We will 10/10 be back next year!

Between 2 hurricanes!

Loved the property, but hated the tv system. Need cable instead of streaming! We love college football and had to leave to watch. That was definitely NOT what we wanted to do. That would keep us from returning!

We were there during a very busy time but this place was very accommodating. Parking was never an issue. Elevators worked, and we did not have to wait long. Space was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Kick off to summer, family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Shore is Nice. This condo was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed to help our family vacation to be relaxing and enjoyable. The decor was tastefully done. There were many details throughout the condo, that we noticed, that were thought through for the guests. We would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was very clean and well stocked! Owners were very quick to respond and great to communicate with! The only small downfall was the pool heater was not working for our stay but that was at the fault of no one. It was just unfortunate. We would definitely recommend this place for families visiting PCB and would definitely stay again if the chance arises! 5 Star! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Great condo

My family and I enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and everything worked well. The view was great - we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The elevators worked well and we didn’t have problems waiting long for them.

Great Comfortable Condo; Perfect Location

This condo has been one of my favorites our family has stayed at in PCB. It is steps from the beach. The elevators were available every time we needed them with no wait. The condo is very comfortable and the owners were great from booking to checking out. We had a minor problem arise and they handled it very quickly and always kept us in the loop. We did not have small children with us in this trip, but they had a high chair as well as a pack & play available - what a great addition to a condo when traveling with young children! They even had board games! Close to Wal-Mart, Publix, many restaurants and big city amenities. Parking was allowed right under the building for loading and unloading and more permanent parking was located across the street (just a short work). Many luggage carts were available for our use. The building has a nice, partially covered pool, as well as BBQ grills and a shaded with picnic tables. We will be back!

Panama Beach getaway

We are from Indiana so being on the beach is a real treat for us we have 4 boys and 8 grandchildren

We chose this particular condo bc it has only 16 floors our condo is on the 6th floor it’s is spacious and you don’t spend all your time waiting for an elevator. The pool is not over crowded. Several residents live here year round so the bldg is immaculate.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our location is amazing. We can walk to restaurants and Walmart is only minutes away actually within walking distance. We are beachfront and love sitting on the balcony watching sunrises and sunsets the dolphins seem to put on a private show nearly every morning
