Esta unidad alquila solo de sábado a sábado (aceptará 6 de las 7 noches si caen en la semana de sábado a sábado) del 23 de febrero al 2 de noviembre de 2019.

Nuevo edificio frente a la playa que se completó en octubre de 2010. Es un pequeño edificio de 9 unidades con acceso privado a la playa y ducha al aire libre. Esta es una unidad de la esquina oeste del tercer piso con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina bellamente diseñada y vistas sin obstáculos del golfo desde el lado sur y oeste del condominio. Hay una parrilla de carbón al aire libre en el estacionamiento y portabicicletas. Hay 1 espacio de estacionamiento por condominio sin cargo.

Ubicado en una calle tranquila y sin tráfico, al sur de 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside está a un corto paseo en bicicleta, donde puedes comprar en Farmers Market a partir de las 9 a.m. los sábados por la mañana en el Anfiteatro Seaside durante todo el año. Puede seleccionar su selección de productos frescos y otras ofertas únicas. No hay nada mejor que las verduras frescas con mariscos frescos que se pueden comprar 1/2 milla del condominio en el mercado de mariscos Goatfeather's en 30A para una noche de cenas en. Awesome property and location!

Property was very clean and had a great view of the gulf. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans needed for cooking. The beach chairs that were set up daily were wonderful! Had a great week!

Perfect stay

We had a great visit! The condo was as described and spotless. Extremely clean, very thorough detailed directions in the condo. Really nice location and beach was beautiful! Loved the chair service too! No hassling with hauling chairs down and worrying about getting a spot. We will definitely be back! Good proximity to going out to eat, but nice to escape the chaos of the beach towns.

Perfect holiday beach stay!

Our condo couldn't have been closer to the beach and our perch was from a perfect perspective. The condo had every possible gadget needed and was extremely comfortable, to include the mattress/bed. Lynn and Jeanette were a pleasure and very helpful. This is the perfect couple beach getaway!

We could not ask for more. Everything was fantastic. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The condo was spotless. We want to LIVE here!!

WOW!!! This week could only have been better if we won the lottery, haha! Lynn & Jeanette were friendly, responsive & professional. The unit is exactly how it looked online and helped my husband & I have quality time together. There are places we could walk to eat (we brought flashlights for night walks) Unit 9 is on the 3rd floor so while it's not the easiest for moving in & out we enjoyed climbing the 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise! My only request would be a floor-length mirror so I can see myself before heading out for supper.

Awesome property. Is our 5th stay in these condos. The owners really outdid themselves with the updates. Great location. Fall out the door to the beach. This condo has all the amenities and owners are very responsive to any questions. There were no problems. Just the best!

Great spot, unreasonable owner

Would give this a 5 star rating except that the owner had I feel unreasonable requests. We had friends staying one unit below us and were not even “allowed” to step foot into one another’s unit. Was ridiculous. Will not be back.

Very great location!

We loved the condo! The location was fantastic and we loved having the chair and umbrellas included in the rental. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the mattress and couch could use some updating. I know it is just due to all the use but we had a hard time sleeping on the mattress due to it sinking in the middle. Otherwise, the condo was excellent and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again and the owners were super easy to work with. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect

The condo is wonderfully located, right on the beach, and the umbrella and chair setup service that is included in the rental is so convenient! Every morning we just carried out our books and lotion and settled in for a relaxing day of reading, occasionally jumping in the water to cool off, dozing and watching the waves roll in on the beautiful, uncrowded beach. The condo itself is clean and very nicely appointed, with everything you need. We hope to return!

Heaven on Earth

If you are looking for a totally relaxing, beautiful condo with a private beach this is it! The view can't be beat. The decor was so pretty yet soothing. Having a full kitchen made it very convenient. The king size bed is very comfortable. Located on a dead end street their is no traffic or noise at all. A spacious parking area. Washer and dryer so we had all lean clothes when we got home. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We highly recomend this condo for the ultimate relaxing vacation!

Gorgeous Views!

This condo was perfect, from the location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and gorgeous view of the gulf right from the balcony! We had everything we needed, condo was beautiful and owners were easy to work with. Every morning our chairs and umbrella was set up for us, complimentary with our booking. Great property & wonderful owner!

This was the perfect property & location for our vacation. Last year, we stayed at the property next door (Leeward II), and this one was so much better. The high ceilings & larger bathroom made a huge difference. Immediately upon walking into the unit I could tell I was going to like it better. It just has an overall "nicer/cleaner" feeling, even the parking lot & exterior. I think the additional rules of this unit help, too - No smoking, no pets, guests only 25 & older, etc. This unit was very clean & had everything we needed & more. This year was our first year staying on the top floor, and it was great! No more hearing people stomp above us. Bed was comfortable. No smart TVs or deluxe channel package, but the basics are enough. DVD player to watch movies. Owner was very responsive & helped with any questions I had. There were 3 days where someone from a nearby property (3-4 properties down) set up their (6) chairs right in front of the Leeward I property, which caused everyone in our building to be put on the second row. The second day, I purchased my own umbrella just to save a spot at 5am. By the third day, the owner of this unit had enough & was out on the beach at 3:30am with her own (8!) chairs to reserve the space in front of this property! That's what you call a wonderful property owner that cares about her tenants. We were able to relax on our last day at the beach without having to mess with fighting for a spot on the first row, all thanks to this property's owner. One thing to note about this - The owner stated that there's only an issue with people setting up in front of this property during a ~6 week window in late June through July. Otherwise, there aren't really any issues. So, this is just something to be aware of if you rent during this time. The company that sets up the beach chairs/umbrellas cannot start until a certain time. Other than that, we had an excellent stay & look forward to staying here again in the future!

Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient, beautiful view.

We discovered Leeward I on a trip in October. Unit 9 was available earlier this month so we arranged a four- night stay. We were looking forward to a quiet beach trip just for two, which unit nine provides, and we were not disappointed. The unit is on the south west corner of the building, and as such, it provides a terrific view of the beach and gulf, particularly at sunset. The beach itself is private, convenient, and very soothing. It is also centrally located centrally on 30A and near some great places to eat. We enjoyed working with the owner and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely beach condo

This beach condo is lovely. It has gorgeous views from two sides. It is right on the beach and the beach has white, clean sand. The condo was spotlessly clean. Nice large bathroom. Balcony looking out on the beach.

Beautiful view of the beach, perfect location

The tall ceilings and balcony doors in this condo give a wide, beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and admiring the scenery. The private beach and the surrounding area were very quiet and peaceful. The sunset on this beach was absolutely gorgeous! Aside from the beach, we also enjoyed biking on 30A and visiting nearby towns and stores. It was nice having a bike rack available in the parking lot. Everything inside the condo worked great and the fully-functional kitchen was very much appreciated. All the rooms are kept very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure working with the owners, they took care of everything and were very helpful. We loved staying here and plan on returning again!

Bright, Clean Condo, and Beautiful Location

We stayed in Leeward I unit #9 for the first time and were really impressed. The unit is kept in like new condition. Tall ceilings, windows, and balcony doors provide an open airy feeling and an inviting view of the beautiful Gulf. The condo building is taller than the adjacent buildings which allows light in from the side windows for unit #9, adding to the open feeling. The owners are great to work with and operate their condo in a professional and caring manner. We loved staying here!

Nice person traveling alone

I felt safe. I had great neighbors. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The condo was modern, clean, spacious, with the best view in the world. It was a perfect location and beach yet easily accessible. Condo very accommodating.

Very Nice!

What a wonderful time we had here! The condo was modern and well decorated. So close to the water and fantastic view from condo. The beach access was also very good. Beach clean. We would go back!
