Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. We would love to better understand what you meant by “updates,” as we are always looking for ways to improve and enhance our guests’ experience. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for every guest. We do make ongoing improvements to the home, such as adding a new sofa set last year. At the same time, we try to be thoughtful and intentional with updates, as preferences can vary—what feels perfect to one guest may not feel the same to another. That said, your input is very important to us, and we would genuinely appreciate any specific suggestions you may have. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thanks Lisa
