Tucked along the shoreline of Pensacola Beach, Portside Villas #4 offers a serene gulf-front setting designed for families to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the coast. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and space for up to nine guests, this townhome blends the comforts of home with the charm of a beachside retreat.
The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable gathering area with a sleeper sofa and TV. Nearby, the kitchen has everything needed for shared meals, while the dining space is perfect for lingering conversations. A large balcony facing towards the Gulf, creates an ideal spot for morning coffee and watching the waves roll in.
Upstairs, the primary suite is a peaceful escape with a king bed, private gulf-front balcony, and spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and tub. A second upstairs bedroom also offers a king bed and ensuite bath.
On the main level, the third bedroom provides both a queen and a twin bed with its own bathroom - thoughtfully arranged to give every guest comfort and privacy.
The lower level features a large garage for two vehicles, as well as, a wood deck with a picnic table and BBQ grill.
The sand and surf are only steps away, whether you’re building sandcastles, swimming, or simply soaking up the view. The community pool and tennis courts add extra opportunities for relaxation and play.
Venture west to experience the natural beauty of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and the deep history of Fort Pickens. Head east and you’ll be welcomed by an array of restaurants, lively attractions, surf shops, and endless water activities surrounding Casino Beach, the Pensacola Beach Pier, and the bayfront. And when you’re ready to explore with ease, hop on the Pensacola Beach Trolley, offering free rides all summer from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
