What really stood out were the accommodations. Everything my family and I needed were there, and then some! Truly, all you need when you come here are your clothes!

This was a great rental for multi-families and pets. End of a quiet cul-de-sac and short walk to the beach. Loved the heated pool!

Destin Trip—Would Definitely Recommend

Austin was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The house was great and a five minute walk from the private beach access. We had several households staying together so the main house and the casita gave everyone their own private spaces. The house’s pool and backyard space was perfect for family dinners and hangouts. We definitely plan to stay again and highly recommend this property.

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! We shared it with several relatives, our kids, and even our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. The layout feels like multiple homes in one, giving each family plenty of privacy while still allowing us to spend quality time together.The host was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beach is just a short walk away, and the home is stocked with everything you could need for a fun day by the water, including beach chairs, a beach wagon, and toys for the kids.The pool was the perfect size for both adults and children and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax after the beach. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway!

Family Trip

The main house was well thought out. From the furniture, to the appliances & all the extra creature comforts. The screened in porch was so delightful to sip coffee & enjoy the birds. The house was the last house on a dead end, so you didn’t see any other people. The backyard has a nice pool, yard games, a fire pit & PLENTY of seating for everyone. The tiki bar was a huge hit while grilling, a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold & a TV to watch the game! There is a bungalow in the back yard which is nice for those who are night owls & like to sleep late in the mornings. If you want to go to the beach, it’s a 2 block walk & the owners have LOTS of beach toys/chairs. The location to the grocery stores & shopping is very convenient but close enough to the excitement in Destin. The owner was very accommodating & super easy to get in touch with. If we return to Destin, this is where we will stay.

What an amazing week! In 23 years of booking through VRBO, this place was the most home-like and supplied with the essentials. The host was available to answer questions, give local recommendations, and was extremely kind. The set up of the property provided three separate living areas that allowed for privacy, but common areas, both inside and out, to gather together. Beach necessities were all provided and the private beach was quiet and absolutely beautiful.

Outstanding rental and experience

This rental was perfect for our family. It was filled with thoughtful touches, comfortable furnishings, and full amenities that made our time there fun, relaxing and happy. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked I have ever seen. The communication was top notch. We loved the location at the end of the street and near lots of nature. It was beautiful and felt private. We loved it!

We had an excellent stay at Kemp’s Kove for my sister’s bachelorette party! The houses were clean and well stocked with everything we could need, like kitchen supplies and beach chairs. The owner was very communicative before and during the visit. It’s a great location as well. Would stay there again!
