Good location, easy access to beach. Property was clean, good shower, appliances worked fine - appreciated the hose to clean feet when coming back from beach. Only complaint we have is that the property is small - the Murphy bed dominates the room - putting the bed up left more room but the sofa was not that comfortable to sit in.

The property was clean well maintained except for an old rug on the floor. The sink in the kitchen leaked when used and had to leave a towel around it or the water would pool behind it. The unit could have used a long mirror in the closet. The shower was awesome. The Murphy bed was efficient, but not much support on the back. Thanks

Super clean and thoughtfully stocked!

The property was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we could need. You could tell that they take care of their property and take pride in being hospitable to their guests. The bed was very comfortable and easy to take down. It should be noted that it comes down over the couch so the couch would not be accessable as a sleeping source. The only drawback, honestly, was the ladder in the middle of the room. If the loft space is unusable, I feel that the place would be better with out the ladder there. That being said, this is the absolute best place I have rented off-beach!!! And right across the street from the beach access was amazing! The owners were great with communication. All around a great place for sure.

Great studio space in a perfect location

Had a great 5 night stay- property had all the essentials- towels, dishes, beach chairs etc. Murphy bed was actually quite comfortable. We needed to contact the owner one night due to an issue with an adjacent unit and they were super responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cute small space within walking distance of beach, several restaurants and store. Will return again!

PINE POINT ROOM

The property was very clean and easy to keep clean. I was somewhat concerned because the next room was occupied by a couple from Florida who had guests visiting most of the time we were there and we are in a pandemic and no one wore masks. They partied outside and were very close to us. I never met the property owners but everything was fine otehrwise.

Great little getaway

Everything was exactly as advertised. It is small but very workable. Nicely equipped. The beach is a short walk away. I was on it everyday. Wonderful walks. Several terrific restaurants also within walking distance. Wendy responded to all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend it.

Nice, cute place. Great location.

Very cute, clean tiny condo right across from the beach. A nice convenience store two doors down if you forget anything but the owners have it well furnished and are very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay away from the touristy Old Orchard Beach and have a more peaceful stay.

Cute but small. Great location. Quiet and near the beach. We had a couple of issues with the TV and lock but the owners were very responsive and took care of things.

Perfect Little Getaway

Considering its size, this place had everything we needed. Functional kitchen area, nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the beach, a deli two doors down, several resturants within walking distance. Drive to area attractions were not too far. The only downside was the ladder to the unusable loft. It wasn’t a big deal until the Murphy bed was put down, making it awkward to get into the kitchen. Wish it was a ladder that could be folded up and out of the way. Owners quickly responded when I needed to ask a question about the laundry area. I would definitely go back if I am ever in the area again.

Great place for 2!

Great place for 2 people. The pictures are exactly what you get. The bed was a queen size and rather comfortable (a bit firm) the kitchen is small but has all pots and pans and utensils you could need. Bathroom was very clean and organized. Have no complaints and would recommend to others.

Perfect little cottage - so close to the beach!

Cottage #14 was just as described in the listing. Clean and decorated so cute! Owners were always prompt in responding to questions. Everything was just as we expected and we enjoyed our stay! Only concern was no visible smoke detector (but maybe we just overlooked it). Also, if the loft is not for guest use, a retractable ladder would be beneficial. The current ladder is quite cumbersome and very much in the way of an already tight space. We will definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to the area!

Wendy and I purchased this property in 2017 because we truly love the Maine coast line. Pine Point is our sanctuary and has one of the best sand beaches in the area that we enjoy year round. We both have a passion for flipping / remodeling houses and our two (2) 200 square foot condo's were a great winter project in 2017. We enjoyed maximizing the functionality of 200 square feet.

Both Wendy and I have been vacationing in Maine since were were in our youth with family and friends. We choose this location because of its proximity to many attractions (Portland, Old Orchard, Sand Beaches, Entertainment) yet still very quiet and peaceful during the busy season. We have already enjoyed making many lasting memories on the beach with family and look forward to many more years of exciting times. We hope to facilitate this same feeling with our guest when they stay at our Pine Point locations.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We own several condo units within this same complex and have the ability to host fourteen (14) guests at once in all of our units. The large house has a great dining space & living area that can be the common space during these gatherings. These are great for the holidays, weddings, or family gatherings.
