Nuestro lujoso apartamento tiene balcón privado más grande en el exclusivo resort y tiene vistas a las dos piscinas, jardines e instalaciones. Un montón de tumbonas en las dos piscinas. Nuestro balcón tiene una gran barbacoa, hamacas y ratán sofá. Apartamento es totalmente ventiladores de techo control remoto aire acondicionado-plus. Amueblado a muy alto nivel, inc sofás con estilo, mesa de comedor de roble con 6 sillas, TV LCD de 32 ", TV vía satélite con canales en inglés en tiempo real - BBC1 a Channel 4 (2 horas más adelante), reproductor de DVD, nueva biblioteca de DVD, sistema de música de CD / MP3 y soporte para iPod. El apartamento cuenta con suelos de mármol, en la cocina hay encimeras de granito, placa vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, nevera / congelador, refrigerador de vino, microondas, tostadora y agua potable filtrada. El baño tiene un toallero y ducha de alta presión del monzón y toallas Jasper Conran climatizada. No se ofrece toallas de playa - por favor traer toallas de playa con usted. Ambas habitaciones disponen de ropa de cama de lujo, secador de pelo y espejo de maquillaje de aumento. Más gruesas otoño y invierno edredones se proporcionan para los huéspedes que se alojen durante los meses de invierno. Lovrly apartment

Lovely apartment and great balcony mostly residential so very quiet you almost have the pool to yourself. Car not necessary but you do have to be fit to walk up to the resturants.

Apartment not the problem

The property is a lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. Offered everything required.the complex was not 5 star, lovely pool but the rest was very tired, and the pigeons were everywhere

The good -Great location Beautiful apartment & balcony Perfect check inComplex great and use of 3 pools Loads or parking The not so good-We where a party of 3 adults and did not have enough hot water for 2 showers a day each so cold showers most days The gym was an old exercise bike so calling it a gym is a bit grandHad to pay for heating prior to going but it wasnt needed

Hello Jo, you should have had enough hot water. There is a switch outside the bathroom which you need to put on for extra hot water due to it not being summer yet. Sorry if you weren’t made aware from our management when checking in.

Holiday

We have just stayed 11 nights at this beautiful apartment. It is exactly as the pictures show. Everything is so comfy and beautiful inside and out. Balcony is very big and set out perfectly. Two pools to use which were brilliant. Communication with owners when booking and management when we arrived was excellent. A car would be useful but not necessary. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you for letting us stay and making our holiday perfect. Lynn & Iain

Nice apartment

Nice apartment but quite far out from bars/restaurants (although we knew this when we booked so not an issue for us!). We had a few issues (e.g. no hot water) but the Property Manager was great and very responsive, fixing the issues really quickly. Property could do with a bit of a deep clean (oven and baking trays etc weren’t very clean) but would still recommend for people planning to be eating out most of the time. Overall it was a nice apartment with only minor improvements needed, and I imagine it’s fabulous in the summer months. Thank you to the hosts!

Fabulous Place

We loved this place, our little bit of paradise apartment had great location and was very lovely decorated and had everything you need! Management company couldn’t do enough. Apartment great size, kitchen catered for every need. Bedroom lots of storage comfy beds with good air conditioning. Pool area great hardly anyone about pool to ourselves on occasion. Balcony very large so can dine or sunbathe or lounge about on sofas. Everything’s been thought of! Location great up hill to village 10/15 min walk. Taxi/car journey to Coral Bay or Paphos. Beautiful place to explore. Loads of restaurants in Coral bay a Few in Peyia all good value and great places to eat. Thoroughly recommend. Loved it!

Nice little break

Property is in a good location for peyia and coral bay, we always hire a car so was very easy to get around and apartments are not too high up into the hills. Everything at the property was fine no issues with anything however there are a couple of things there that do need replacing, umbrella outside, material is literally hanging by a thread and the servicebook states a cost of £70 to replace (this should be replaced immediately) Under the couch/sofa bed was not cleaned and encountered 2 cockroaches residing there (not a huge issue and easy enough to deal with but whoever cleans needs to be more thorough. But overall we were really happy there and enjoyed our stay

I am really sorry to hear that under the sofa it needed cleaning. We were there end of June and the umbrella was fine then and we used it a lot. I have just been sent a photo of the umbrella up and it is fine? The whole complex has cockroach prevention on a regular basis.

Fab villa with great space and home comforts.

We rented this villa at the very last minute and it saved our holiday. We’d already arrived in Cyprus after booking a different villa in Mandria. To our horror, we arrived at our original booking to an absolutely disgusting villa that was nothing like the advert on AIRBNB. I won’t go into how awful it was but we left after 24 hours and Chris and Carrie kindly accepted a last minute booking from us. Their agent met us in town the following morning, really friendly and helpful. The villa was lovely and so well equipped. Kids were made up with the cable TV and internet which really helped when there was a couple of rainy days. Outside balcony space was lovely and roomy and pool area was nice too. Carrie and Chris allowed us to have a late check out on the last day which was great with three young children not having to hand around the airport for hours plus it kind of made up for the time we lost in the villa from hell. Would definitely recommend and go back someday. Thanks again

Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet, hatte eine gute Größe und eine schöne große Terrasse. Der Check in war sehr gut und uns wurde alles sehr genau erklärt. Der Check out war total unkompliziert beim verlassen wurde der Wohnungsschlüssel in eine Schlüsselbox gepackt. Die Wohnanlage hat im Innenbereich 2 Pools und war sehr ruhig.Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en août dans ce bel appartement avec un grand balcon et la climatisation (essentielle !). Nous avons largement profité de la belle piscine commune, assez peu utilisée par les autres résidents. Je recommande cette location.

Great Apartment.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Lovely big balcony with view of the 2 x pools. Plenty of sunbeds. Grounds were kept very tidy by Andrew. Excellent meet and greet. We will be back again !

Not quite as hoped for

Large apartment but wasn’t well cleaned. Lots of cobwebs in the rooms. Which really let it down. The terrace is lovely but very overlooked which you can’t see when booking. My friend stayed there years ago and had forgotten how overlooked you are. It’s also a very noisy place during the week as they run some sort of crèche out of the gym so lots of small kids. So ok for a family. Not a couple or adults in my opinion.

Winter break in Peyia

the property and its neighbours look good and modern, however after rain a great deal of mold appeared on the north facing bedroom wall. The property manager gave us a dehumidifier, but it made no difference. The sealent in the bathroom is starting to look grubby and the pots and pans in the kitchen could do with updating. We were charged for the wifi which you state is free.

Dear Neil We have never had this problem before in 10 years. I understand the weather had been quite wet before you arrived, and then having the air con on heat without having any windows open, has caused this on one wall in the main bedroom. We will get this treated and repainted. The WIFI is free, but as with the electricity, out of season (November to March) we do charge for this. I understand the weather has been very good for most of your stay, and I hope that you did enjoy your break away. Kind regards Carrie

Lovely Place!

A really lovely apartment which is decorated and kitted out to a high level. Large outside spaces with loungers, tables and BBQ. To be honest we couldn't fault the place and it is obviously loved by the owners. We had a car for the week which was a must for us as the weather was worse than in the UK. We stayed in Peyia in November a few years ago and it was 28/30 every day. Luck of the draw I suppose. The bars and restaurants which are a 10 minute walk away (quite hilly in both directions) are all good value and a lot cheaper than back home. Nice place,shame about the weather!

Friends wedding in Coral Bay

Beautiful apartment, exactly as it appears on website with no hidden surprises. We hired a car for our stay which I would recommend as it just made things a little easier. Driving is fine there as they drive on the left.

Excellent apartment, wonderful location. All over fantastic

This apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with details like a drinks fridge and high quality balcony furniture that you don’t get in other apartments. The pools were never busy during our stay and we often had them completely to ourselves. The games room is a nice addition, but be aware there is no aircon in there so take a cold drink! Communication with Carrie was excellent from day one, I couldn’t fault it. Once in Cyprus the management team were equally helpful and extremely prompt. They are also happy to offer recommendations for places to go in the area. If you’re looking to explore Cyprus you will want a car but it is easy to get to Peyia and Coral bay. This is a brilliant place to stay, make sure you don’t overlook it!

My husband Chris and I live in Winchester and have 4 grown up daughters. We wanted to buy a holiday home abroad and decided on Cyprus as we absolutely love it there and plan to eventually live in Cyprus. We looked for a long time to find the perfect apartment and area, and this is it!

We have furnished our apartment with high quality furnishings and fittings, because we love to pamper ourselves when we are away, this is definitely not just a rental property, it is our home.

We love Cyprus, and decided to buy in Peyia for several reasons.
Firstly the nearest beach is Coral Bay - the most popular beach on the Island.
We also will have views of the Marina that is being built between Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour - which will be spectacular. We also loved the fact that you have mountain views behind you, sea views in front but also mountain goats grazing minutes from our apartment (looked after by a local farmer), so a lovely peaceful, feeling. We are also a few minutes from lots of bars, restaurants and night life. You have the best of both here.

When you want to relax, come back to our exclusive resort and chill.

Our apartment has an enormous balcony, compared to most other apartments and allows you to enjoy the sun in privacy if you wish.

We have provided beautiful rattan furniture on the balcony to enjoy - great to unwind here in the evening. There are also sunbeds provided. We are also in a fantastic position in front of the two pools and landscaped gardens.

We are the one apartment with internet access-so allows you to catch up with your emails or facebook whenever you want.

Getting to our apartment is easy - only 30 minutes from Paphos airport.
