Great location, with in walking distance of blue line and right near a bus stop. Love the community feeling of the neighborhood and the unit was really nice. Clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay while we went to a concert at Wrigley.

Check in was simple and easy. This property was only a 20min walk through a gorgeous neighborhood to the end of the Brown metro line. The bedding arrangement was not accurate with the listing upon arrival. A Queen, a trundel with 2 Twins, and a large couch were able to sleep the 4 adults in this party. The "Twin" in the cubby is only sizeable for a child, not in this party. Other than sleeping arrangements, the space was gorgeous, well kept and well supplied for everyday needs.

Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed at a great price. No problem finding free parking on the street. The one glitch was when we arrived after dark. There were no lights on at the front of the unit. We couldn’t even see the house number without entering the gate and going up the dark stairs. There are two light fixtures on either side of the door. However, these were either not working, or turned off. The entrance should be lit up for convenience and safety. Other than that, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo and found it to be a great base for exploring Chicago. The location was convenient—about an 18-minute drive to Grant Park, and approximately 49 minutes by public transportation during the weekend( they were doing track work hence the longer time). Getting into the city was easy using the Blue Line, which we found simple and reliable.The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and very family-friendly. There are several local shops and conveniences located about three blocks from the apartment, which was a nice bonus.Parking was generally not a problem, but it is street parking, so depending on availability, you may need to park a short distance from the condo.The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay.A few things future guests may want to consider: if you have significant allergies, this may not be the ideal fit, as there were plants inside the condo. Also, the unit requires climbing stairs, so it may not be suitable for anyone with knee issues, mobility limitations, or difficulty navigating stairs.Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this property to travelers looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to downtown Chicago.

We stayed for several days in this beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the accommodations and the location (lovely residential neighborhood). Main bedroom bed and trundle bed off living room have comfy mattresses (the toddler bed is small, with a blow-up mattress - not comfortable for adults). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and the bathroom has personal care products, which is a nice bonus. Fancy Keurig, but bring your own pods. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We were able to park right out front on the street all days except one, when we had to park around the corner, a very short walk back to the place. Close to lots of shopping and restaurant, and easy drive to O'Hare airport, downtown, Lincoln Park Zoo, and other points of interest. I would stay here again if I was in the area and highly recommend this stay to others. One note: this place is not for anyone with mobility issues - the stairs to the second floor are steep and the shower is inside a very deep whirlpool bathtub.
