Hear the Pacific Ocean waves crashing from this ground-floor beach bungalow just a few steps from the beach! This condo features a beautiful, spacious shared front patio, easily accessible through the living room. Here, you can dine alfresco under the umbrella or relax and recharge in a comfortable shaded seating nook between various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meals easy when they need to be. You'll also be near plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and social clubs, and there is a convenience store and a laundromat within a block.

This unique single-floor gem is beautifully furnished and appointed. The large living room has a large TV and a comfortable seating cluster.

Additional amenities include WiFi and cable.

Our family of three greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house is adorable and the perfect beach vibes, has great proximity to the beach, coffee, restaurants, etc. and was quiet at night. We would stay here again!

San Diego Mission Beach

It was a clean and very comfortable space with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Mission Beach is a lot of fun, with a great beach. The teens walked to Belmont Park at night, which they lived. We definitely would go back.

Would stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out that there wasn’t a way to plug the tub drain for a bath. Vacasa offered to send someone out to make sure everything was working correctly, but we opted not to have our vacation interrupted. Additionally, the outdoor umbrellas/furniture were a bit run down, but that didn’t stop us from using them. Other than that, the condo, and especially the location, were perfect for our family of 2 adults/kids. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Get Away

This is a cute place to stay. Very close to the ocean beaches as well as the bay beaches. There's a comfortable area for sitting outside, a nice bbq, and an overall cozy feel. Our only problem came when the dishwasher leaked on the first day. We reported it, they sent out maintenance who said, "Don't use it.". So, we didn't. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place - Vacasa was terrible (stick with VRBO)

The place was great - clean, good location close to some cute coffee places, eateries and mini mart. The outside area was nice and home was comfortable. For some reason I had to deal with Vacasa pre check in even though I booked through VRBO and they were awful. Terrible customer service. I wanted to book an extra night on the front end and they quoted me more than double what I was already paying for the nights I’d booked. Total price gouging and their customer service was terrible. The condo went unbooked that night and we booked a hotel instead. Vacasa certainly doesn’t have the best interest of the homeowner. Not sure why VRBO has a partnership with them but I’d stick to VRBO bookings over Vacasa

Location was perfect. Markets and food places nearby. 10 minutes from Belmont Pak. Rental was very clean.

Perfect location for the beach!

We had a great week here. The house has lovely decor and the kitchen is modern and well equipped - all as described and as per the photos (although there should be a little more attention given to cleaning the cupboards and the bin drawer in particular between guests). Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The house is in the perfect location for the beach or bay and for Belmont Park - with lots of shops, restaurants & bars within a short walking distance. All the neighbours were friendly too. It was great to have access to the beach items in the external cupboard - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. The courtyard area to the back with the shower hose was really useful for rinsing sand off before entering the house - it would be useful to have a key/code for the patio door as well as the gate so you do not then have to walk back around to the front of the house to get back in - we weren’t comfortable leaving the sliding door unlocked even though the gate had a code. As another review mentioned it would also be useful to have a drying rack - it was hard to get the bath towels dry in between showers. The management company - Vacasa - were responsive and readily available, however I did find them a bit inflexible at times and as they aren’t local they don’t always know the specifics about the property. If you need luggage storage before or after check-in / check-out I highly recommend Bounce at Mission Beach Rentals, Belmont - great service.

Absolutely delightful!

This property packs so much into a small space, but you never feel cramped! The layout is fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need and is finished out in style. The mattresses were particularly comfortable. The locations is perfectly nestled near the ocean as well as quaint coffee shops and brunch spots. Highly recommend!

clearer/more instructions for keyless entries. More hand towels & ,kitchen towels. We manually locked back door after looking on Google could lock the front door. Very cute beachy decorated inside & the front porch was lovely. Fan on the back deck is dangling.

Fabulous location

This location is hard to beat! Steps to ocean and the weather was great in late November. Kitchen was updated and easy to use. Parking was easy with two spots dedicated for this location. Great coffee just steps away and lots of places to eat in walking distance. It was a bit difficult to figure out the TV, but I didn’t mind as there was so much to do. I would definitely recommend this place!
