Great property

Beautiful property and amazing beach! Property is best for those looking for a quiet family beach vacation. If looking for active nightlife you will have to drive to it. We loved the location but our teenagers were hoping for more evening activities with kids their age. Boardwalk was a long walk.

Time to Recharge

Loved the area, beautiful white sand. Distance to walk to the beach is not far. This was a huge factor when I was booking my stay. QUITE is what I wanted and that is what I received. Highly recommend

Spectacular Gulf View!

This condo was just as described in the online listing as to bedrooms, baths, common area etc. The unit needs updating in a couple of rooms but the balcony is worth the slight misses in those areas. Close to eating and grocery shopping. Was a bit disappointed with the pool but was there for the beach so that was okay.

Perfect

Everything was as advertised and exactly what i was looking for. The unit was clean with enough items supplied for my needs. It could use a meat tenderizer mallet but i made do. So peaceful and perfect. Staff were amazing with correspondence by keeping me informed of check in. They checked my trip progress and knowing my ETA, I was able to check in early. Thank you for a great week!

Would of wished there was a Pair of Recliners;) Love the Beautiful Tropical Shutters so Easy to Open and Close. Balcony Is Beautiful Wrap Around That at times a little too windy chilly to sit out on in cooler months but the Furniture is Nice Would of Enjoyed a High Bar Chairs with Table to See over Railing Possibly;) Master Bedroom Bed Is Very Comfortable with Wonderful Lots of Space for clothing in all Beautiful Vintage Dressers. Closets and Wonderful Whirlpool Bathtub with Surrounding Mirrors;) If a Modest Person Might Be a Little Burdened of all the Views;);) Nice double Sink with Mirrored Inside and out medicine cabinets Great Storage. The sea view from the balcony is totally a great one we can enjoy the view of the beach and the harbor too. Its on the last floor and the corner one so we can able to enjoy the sea view a bit more from the rest. Both the bedrooms have seaviews from one bedroom we can enjoy the harbour view and from the other bedroom we can enjoy the seaview. We came with our friends and we all enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend the place.

Perfect Vacation Rental

The jetted tub was huge, plenty of room for my husband and me. The whole condo has so much character throughout. All of the special unique touches unlike most other condos we’ve stayed at. Felt very cozy & warm. The beds were very comfortable, unit was very clean. Loved the white shutters in the windows facing the beach. Felt like a cabana on an island. The Murphy bed in the living room was a nice surprise. Mattress was memory foam and also comfortable. Brand new washer & dryer added plus. Air conditioner nice and cold. The free beach service was a plus, however you have to talk to the beach attendant early to reserve your chairs. It’s first come, first serve. The pool was on the small side, and not facing the ocean, wasn’t a big deal for us, as we only used the the beach. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay & plan on coming back next year.

An Interesting Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was comfortable, but the decor was confusing. I’m a very visual person and am affected by my surroundings. The way the furniture was arranged was unsettling to me. The tv (which nice and large) is in front of a glass bookshelf filled with Knick knacks and such. The sectional couch (which was quite comfortable) was facing away from the beautiful Gulf views. There were some odd pieces in the master bedroom which gave it a cheap feel (multicolored floor lamp, occasional tables). The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The tile in the master bath was somewhat mismatched, but there was a nice big garden tub. The balcony was very nice. We were on the 7th floor and the elevator wasn’t working the last two or three days of our stay. We are in our early 60s and in good health, but it wasn’t fun getting groceries up those stairs. The water heater was turned down very low when we arrived, but the maintenance man fixed that for us.

We had a great view from our balcony. The beach is very quick and easy to get to. The office staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The Nautilus is located in a great area. We enjoyed our stay very much! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
